Room. Ac didn't work. Refrigerator didn't work. Tub was clogged. Found roach bugs in room last night there and packed my stuff and left a night early. Will not visit this hotel again

- The location was good.
- The front desk staff were friendly.
- The hotel is pet friendly.
- The view was great.
- The property is older and in need of some major updating and maintenance.
- Our room doors did not lock from the inside and the security lock on the entry door was broken.
- The elevators felt like a sauna and were poorly ventilated as well as very slow, even when not during peak times.
- Water pressure was inadequate to shower and feel clean, especially after being on the beach.
- Mattresses were extremely firm and felt like sleeping on a box spring. Pillows were flat. We had to go purchase extra pillows to sleep somewhat comfortably.
- The room had a coffee maker and this is the first hotel that we have ever stayed at that did not provide complimentary coffee in the room. Be sure to bring your own coffee stuff.
- The common areas had overflowing trash containers from people removing trash from their rooms. No staff to maintain them and only seemed to be emptied when housekeeping were cleaning rooms.
- Not worth the price we paid for a single night and you are paying for the location and not a nice place to stay. The pictures shown on the site did not accurately depict the facility.
- Carpet on the balcony. Who puts carpet on a balcony that could get wet from storms and is obviously not part of the vacuuming regiment? So, any dirt or debris on the balcony is tracked back into the carpeted room. Not to mention the carpet stays wet from the condensation drainage of the AC unit.
- The vanity in the bathroom was designed for a toddler to reach. The is the lowest vanity counter I have ever seen and not conducive for tall people, especially this with back issues.
- Had a staff member from housekeeping knock on the door around 0930L to ask if we were checking on like we were impeding their ability to clean our room.
- While the room was decently clean, the housekeeping staff could show a bit more pride in their facility. It seemed like the bare minimum is done to the rooms when prepping for a new guest.

Everything was great great. Nice staff, nice place.
Everything was great just the bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. Left woth back pains. Wasn't comfortable. We was in room 303. The curtain that is in front windows needs to be longer or maybe move the mirror because everytime someone walk by they could see in because the curtains wasnt fully covered the window. You can tell people tried to close them with the holes in the sides. Other than that everything was good

Nothing. The room was outdated and if you like sleeping on springs this hotel has it.
The room bad beds, ceiling needs redone and either painted or stomped with some kind of design that covers up the lines of the drywall. Bad maintenance.

The price was good and it was on the beach.
It was really noisy and I am pretty sure someone was arrested and people were outside the rooms yelling.The floor of the shower was also sinking in.

Everything the air didn't work! The beds were just springs. The blankets looked to be 100 and it was supposed to be non smoking and the way it stunk of smoke was nuts! The staff is rude. I only made it in the room about 3 min! I literally thought nasty run down hotels like this only existed in the movies!

The place was just nasty had a smell old blankets on the beds with holes woke up at 12:30 am with roaches crawling everywhere I packed and left I would never stay at this place again

Could have told me there was construction right behind them. I could had change long before. I wasted a lot of money that day. Will never return. You had to park two blocks away.
Hated everything about this place. Maybe not their fault on some of it, but the parking situation was horrible. The room was filthy. There not being a clear shot to the beach was just too much!!!
