Room was nice
Pool area was terrible. All pools steps slippery. I fell as did several others. Extremely dangerous. Nowhere near enough chairs for such a large resort and chairs hard as bricks to lay on. Our room had steps not listed in description- glad we didn’t have elderly person with us to navigate unknown steps. Elevators need ceiling fans to at least move air- incredibly hot .

I enjoyed the location and access to beach
They did not offer mini conditioner , only shampoo. Coffee filter was not enough to accommodate 4 cups of coffee, I’d recommend a public, coffee machine with cream and sugar for everyone downstairs. There were no sponges to clean the dishes.
