It was spacious enough for us and that it was oceanfront.
The doorknob to the bedroom pulled off as soon as we tried to open the door from the inside. The mop on the balcony was missing the pad.

It was clean, comfortable, and a great location! The room size was great for up to 4 people. The pool area was well maintained. Staff that we met beyond the front desk were very friendly.
Front desk staff was cold and hurried instead of friendly and warm. I felt like i was bothering the girl instead of being welcomed. The checkout was cold, too. We weren't told ahead of time about the parking fee. Our bathroom door wouldn't close.

Great location and access was good.
Front desk associates were rude and short with every customer I saw. My original booking was online with a different credit card. When I checked in the voided my original booking and recharged my card for entire stay even though I had paid 2/3 of my stay prior. So that tied up several hundred dollars on my card due to error by front desk staff. When I checked out I finally got to talk to manager after 30 minutes of negotiations with front desk. She apologized and said my original booking should of never been cancelled. We were never given pool passes, we never knew about breakfast, very poor communication. They we were charged $44 or $250 for insurance on top of our stay. Plus a $12 a day for parking. Later we found out breakfast was $14 a day per person. So much for an inclusive booking, ended up costing an extra $200 between parking, insurance, and breakfast.

Location was really good. Overall room was really good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Pool area outside was really nice. Parking was really good. Some staff was helpful. Easy access to the beach. It was great to have a late checkout.
Several plugs didn't work. I wanted to smoke a cigar and the area to smoke was on the side of the building with not lighting and no where to sit down. Some of the staff was not helpful. Having the saunas in the back of the bathrooms where kids open and close the door to prevent the room from heating up.
