I really liked the oceanfront corner room. The view of the sea was beautiful, and it was very relaxing to stay so close to the beach.
No major issues. Everything was fine for a short stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I was well pleased with my room (for the price), including the bonus of a waterfront view, which I was not obligated to enjoy! The small kitchen was well stocked with nice, clean dishes. The room was very well insulated and there was never any noise from other guests! Lots of privacy and PLENTY of room for a solo traveler! Plenty of good parking and no key was required to access the pool area and beach!
I was rather disappointed that there was NO customer service from the office after hours (5:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.) Additionally, I was never able to speak with anyone live (on the phone) in the office at any time during the booking process or following. (always required to leave a voicemail)
While Wi-Fi was not a problem for me, the fact that it had been down and without connection for quite some months was never communicated to me.
When I checked in, I was given my keys AND the network, including the password but the lovely girl never told me it was out of commission? After I left my 5-night stay and was 40 min. down the road from the motel, I received a call from the office girl telling me I had left some clothes in my room. When I returned, I quickly discovered they were someone else's clothes?!
Despite these negatives, and given the special price, I would definitely, without question, return 100% if I ever have the opportunity!!

The lady at the front desk. She was super! Customer service at its finest.
The two bedroom was nice and roomy for 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Loved all the facilities such as laundry room and vending machines. Close to a lot of things and on the beach! Twin beds were very comfortable. Plenty of pillows for pull out sofa
Needs more electrical plugs. Balcony door would not lock but on 3rd floor. Dining light would not work nor phone. Had trouble with one toilet filling up with water to flush but my husband fixed it. One electrical outlet behind couch had wires showing. Was going to notify property after returning home since we left before office opened due to fire hazard. Parking lot entry needs a much bigger sign. It is hard to see and kind of confusing if your first time

The property is a little dated. But honestly my husband and I didn’t care. It was clean, had a stove, love seat, kitchen table and full sized refrigerator. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning

Check in was easy. staff on site was nice pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean well equipped comfortable. Parking was easy but this is also the off season. Location is awesome very close to everything in Myrtle Beach close to the boardwalk close to the park close to walkable amenities galore.
The building is dated it's well kept up but it's dated. I was in a ground level pool front room. If it was summertime it would be pretty annoying with the pool there. However, in the winter time you get to hang out with beach kitties!!!!!! While I love cats and all..... It was just a little difficult to get in and out of that door without the cats wanting to come in. Again. They are very cute and seemingly well fed cats. That's it. Those are just nitpicky things there's not much to not like!

I really liked the room, it was beach front and everything was really clean
When I arrived there was nobody at the office. The office was closed and nobody answered the phone from the hotel (it was a recording) The other phone number that they had available was from another hotel and it took several calls to get the pin to open the box and get my keys.
