The location that’s all
They had bugs, the toilet paper wasn’t changed and was half gone, closet door was hanging off, tv couldn’t get it to work so I called down stairs a man said I’m coming waited an hour nothing so I called back and it was a woman and I explained I done talked to some one and she said oh well he already went home and we don’t got no one except the security guard I’ll send him up if not you have to wait til the morning and I said I leave in the morning so then, I’m waiting and waiting then I realized she didn’t ask a room number so she never planed on sending anyone if she did she would’ve ask my number no one ever came, and when I called about the bug in my bed the man came said it was a beetle and nothing, I was so scared to sleep I had to go buy a blanket to sleep on top of which is ridiculous and no discount no money back nothing, the staff was poor attitudes and non healthful at all. I have pictures of the bug and everything.

The view was amazing from my room and the room was a nice size.
The room was not completely clean. The shower had some dirty fingerprints. The balcony had someone else's clothes left out there. The little table on the balcony needed a wipe down. I can tell they just rushed through cleaning the room.
