Room was pretty big and had two balcony's. It is an old hotel, so the decor was outdated and that old hotel smells you just can't get rid of. Not bad but just noticeable. Again, the room was really big, and I like that the elevators are right next to pool access. So, you don't have to walk through a lobby to get to pool/elevators.
Old decor, rooms, carpet furniture needs to be updated. Would have liked to have had breakfast available.

Disappointing
The beds were awful. Not comfortable at all. The television in the bedroom kept cutting off and could not enjoy a program. I've stayed here before but it wasn't this bad. Both my husband and I woke up with back and leg pain. Also, the bedding was thin and needed extra coverings for warmth. During check out, my concerns were mentioned and the desk clerk just looked at me and didn't reply. Very disappointed with this stay.

Location was exceptional. Staff was friendly. Good vibe from the resort itself.
The condo was outdated furniture wise. The carpet was old The TV in the living room wouldn't work. The drawers on most The The dressers wouldn't open correctly. Living room furniture was stained. And terrible furniture on the balcony. No light on the balcony. Hard to enjoy the one thing that's excellent the view.

Very convenient to everything an it’s right on the beach with awesome views if you have the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite on the 17th floor
My 2022 Tahoe was almost stolen out the parking garage this weekend when vacationing for the 2026 Cruzin The Beach Car show October 15 -18 !!!!! The parking garage has gates but they don’t keep them closed to prevent access to the parking garage & the glass doors where you enter the garage key, badge reader doesn’t work so anyone who doesn’t stay at Bay View can freely walk in and vandalize people’s vehicles and even try to steal them like they did mine . The only reason why my Tahoe wasn’t stolen was because a family staying at Bay View hotel scared them off, when they were walking up, and seen them trying to enter my truck by pulling on the doors. Lack of security!

It was on the beach and had a small balcony with a small view of the beach.
The area to park while checking in was crowded and people left unattended cars and blocked the access and exits.
The parking was across the street behind another hotel in a parking garage.
No valet parking.
Couldn’t get to the beach without going out the front of the building and walking around it while the pool area was closed for cleaning etc.
