The location is great, just that. But location can only makeup for so much!
Read first before choosing this place. The room was a mess, the pictures advertising the rooms were of the best unit they can find. But the place is obviously an old facility that needs a lot of upgrades- dirty and the carpet was wet, with a lot of sand.

The property is severely water damaged and has black mold. The elevator was not working the entire time we were there we left early as we could not handle it anymore

The location of the motel was in a great location and had a short walk to the beach.
The room had cockroaches and multiple stains on the roof and ground. A maintenance worker came into the room without our permission and notice while I was in the shower.

That it was on the beach!
The elevator is broke I have health problems alot health problems and I was put on the 8th floor and had to walk up 8 floors of steps I wanted to enjoy the pool and beach but couldn't walk up down those steps so I had to stay in the room until morning and I never got any good sleep!floors felt sticky and they have no maids and they made us carry towels up!Ac didn't work well at all!

They lied about the rooms and the place is filthy plum nasty i am really surprised that they don't have bed bugs I don't recommend anyone to stay here and let me add we have a kitchen with 0 supplies i mean literally nothing who has a kitchen with no supplies and let me add the staff is rude i think she has issues i will handle her for the night is over
The top is what I dislike ?? and there's not one damn thing I like about it this is probably the nasty motel at the beach

I did not like anything at all.
The room was filthy. The balcony door was broken and would not shut. The couch smelt like pee. Frozen alcohol was coming out of the freezer. Kitchen cabinets were broken. No towels, wash rags, toilet paper, shampoo or conditioner. Piss poor place. The room was not what they have in the pictures on the website.

The location is wonderful! Short walk to to the Boardwalk, restaurants and Oceanfront! The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There have been some updates since the last time we stayed here.
Could use a little more updating and a few minor maintenance things, however for the price and location, I would stay here again.

Property was nasty and was not clean at all. Our room was disgusting had to buy $60 in cleaning supplies just to deal with smell. It was 4th of July weekend and we had no other option.
Smell was terrible, hallways nasty, drug addicts slept at pool on balcony and were clearly homeless. I am an empathetic person but it was not good at all.

Cheaper price
The room had mold musky smell ,low pressure water ,no hot water,no room service ,hallways and elevators had trash ,nasty carpet in rooms, cracks in the walls ,mold all around the bathtub and nasty smelling room
