Its location
Cleanliness needs improvement. Finding a dead bug and a tube of Neosporin on the rug (in 2 separate rooms) was evident that the rug had not been vacuumed, countertops still had some crumbs. Finding extremely rusted dishwasher racks was quite evident it had been rusted for a very long time (years). Totally unsanitary and unusable. The unit also lacked a safe. Switching rooms was offered for the next day, but...it did not happen. Supposedly one was available 2 days after check-in, which was halfway point for the stay, at that point it did not make sense to move everything again. Will not be going back.

Anderson is a beautiful property
The room was unkept, bed was not well put together and room smelled of Mildew like there was water damage. We were moved to a different room on day two that smelled better but the molding in the bathroom was away from sink and both rooms had stained shower curtains. Owners are responsible for the upkeep of the rooms and it’s obvious there is not much being done.

The location
The beds were very uncomfortable and there were roaches coming out of the sink in our room. For almost $500 for one night we expected much better.

Loved the ocean front view, closeness to the beach, Boardwalk and Broadway and the restaurant across the street Magnolia’s.
The furniture needs a little updating and maybe a little more seating in the lobby.

I loved the location - it was convenient to great dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a little heath scare while there, and they were very kind and seemed sincerely concerned about the person in our group. They helped in whatever way they could. I also loved that it was a beachfront property, making for beautiful views day and night. Our ocean view room was very clean and a very good size. The kitchen was comfortable to cook in, with full-sized appliances. I enjoyed having a washer and dryer in my room as well.
The bed was uncomfortable. You may not realize it until the next day. I slept pretty well, but woke up in pain each morning. I also didn’t like that there’s not much to the waiting area when checking in or waiting to meet up with others. There is very limited seating and the lobby is small. However, I realize it’s not a hotel, so they’re probably not trying to have people linger around the lobby for long.

Disappointing
The room was very clean and had everything we asked for
We were not informed of the parking. Parking was one block away. Wanted to charge us $30 a day for valet parking. Did not have enough chairs for the pool area. Could not get a chair unless we went down before 7 am. Close off pool area twice. Would not let us even go through the pool area to get to the beach made us walk down 2 blocks on the street to get to the beach. Did not receive any wash cloths.

Disappointing
The location was about the only thing I liked about this property.
The room was so outdated. It looked like they went to a flea market and just bought random furniture. When they removed something from the walls, they never even bothered to fill the holes and repaint we were trying to figure out the light switches half of them are not even hooked up to anything. The bathroom sink is cracked. I can go on and on.
