The room apartment that I had , was with full see view and it was penthouse apartment. Location was great on North Ocean Boulevard , close to Broadway at the beach.
1. When I book , the room , I booked the room in the hotel on booking. When I have arrived , on my balcony which I liked it very much and I payed extra for the apartment with full see view, I had only 1 chair on the balcony.
2. (3 days) I was calling the reception , and going on reception to ask for additional chair , but I was giving an excuse that my apartment is privately own apartment , and what the owner provided in apartment thats it.
3. I had to call the manager and complain so they can manage to to take from another apartment and bring additionally chair , the 4th day , out of 6 days accommodation.
4. During my time there the apartment was not cleaned even once. The room service was just providing towels. It was explained that every three days will be cleaning, and even that didnt happened.
5. I was called last day of my stay , the concierge to apologize that somehow they missed my check in and that they should informed me about the benefits that the hotel is offering (Discounts in the restaurant , discounted coupons, tickets for the attraction). I had only 1 night and I could not use any of the benefits that were supposed to be shared with me at check in.
6. Please look and inform your self well , because you might end up in private apartment as part of the hotel , but you are not getting the benefits as guest of the hotel.

Check-in is an issue. Parking deck location is not ideal and has small
parking spaces.

Location on the beach staff accommodated my request for upper floor location. Handle noise complaint quickly and efficiently. Valets were an excellent source of information and very positive
Bed was uncomfortable and the construction onsite was disruptive
