Staff at guest were excellent! The lobby area was clean. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable!

The location was not too far from several restaurant's and the Ferry!
The hotel attentant doing the night shift was not too friendly to my partner when he went to ask a questions!

The bathroom was absolutely filthy dirty. Looked like door was never cleaned. My telephone to front desk was disconnected and I was frightened to not be able to reach desk if I needed help! That is VERY VERY worrisome for me.
When I checked in Monday, lady at desk was a bit unfriendly. I had been in a car 12 hours and my brain wasn't functioning correctly being up all night and grieving the loss of my mother, she was quite snappy at least 3 times
I was here for my mom's funeral, and as I was leaving to get picked up to go to my mom's service, I realized I forgot tissues and quickly stepped into breakfast area and grabbed some (about 20) napkins to use for when I might cry.
Well I was SHOCKED when I was approached by older kitchrn lady Wednesday morning saying to me( while Im grieving), that's alot of napkins.
EXCUSE me????? That to me was so sorry so awful. You dont know but I just lost my mom. I was so taken back.
I went to front desk, showed my napkins, told male behind desk ehat words were just exchanged with me, and am I wrong.
He said, yes you are. We pay for those
I was absolutely flawed! And she chimed in, thank you for telling her that.
I will NEVER BE AT SLEEP IN AGAIN.
THAT IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I should be credited for being harassed while grieving my mother.

Breakfast was not as good as other times I stayed there. Very small choice of food.
Had trouble with key card locks. Had to change rooms 3 times before I could find an outside lock that would work properly. Rooms looked run down, the room that I stayed in had a big hole in carpet right as you walk into room.

close to my sisters house.
Was not as shown online, gave me the wrong room at first….. not with balcony and dirty! Hairs on toilet, floors not vacuumed, peeling paint! Second room was ok, but still could have been cleaned better. Picture shows hot tub, but the hot tub is cemented over!!!
