Very Poor
Location was only thing positive.
Room was musty, damp linens, not clean, floor sticky, rusted tub, outdated and dirty mini fridge, and generally run-down. Also, the price they advertise is not what you pay, it is highly inflated and not revealed until final payment when you leave. I was overcharged nearly $200 after I already left. I did not catch it until a week later when I paid my credit card. Nothing short of theft.

For where I needed to go the location was fine.
The facility was not up to my standards. There were bugs in the room. In all fairness the bugs were blamed on the public septic system being recently upset.

Very comfortable facilities, fast WiFi, pleasant and hardworking staff.
Location was further away than anticipated, air smelled off because of the river and swamp nearby, no pool.

Location and the ability to use the room with my disabilities.
My room was accessible for my walker. However, there was a curb from car to door that I had to step up on instead of a ramp.

Setting and staff were very nice
Hard to get u steps. We had a terrible car accident . We were in the hospital rest of time. After 1 night asked for a refund because staying in the hospital. Desk said I’ll ask management. Then nothing.

The room was not stocked with the proper towels or wash cloths. Bathroom was full of mold. Rooms have no phones to call desk to request said items. Family lives on sites that owns it. Beds are hard as rocks. The breakfast included the choices of cold cereal, waffles or half a bagel or toast.

Nothing, absolutely nothing!
Gee where do I start, hair balls on the floor, air conditioner never cooled the room past 74 and made awful cranking noise, shower curtain didn't close all the way, rust all over the bathroom, tub/shower fixtures not attached, just loose hanging, horrible cigarette smell on what was supposed to be clean sheets, pillow cases, and towels. No tissues in room. Blow dryer didn't work. Parts of the stars going up to the room had metal pieces sticking up. My husband all most tripped and fell down the stairs due to this too. Mattress was hard. A dog barked most of the night. I can go on and on with the horrible comments.

The motel sigh near the highway was turned 90 degrees from the highway and could not be read until turning into the entrance road and driving past it but still not readily visible. There was no name on the building resulting in our driving right past it. Took a guess and wanked in to ask if that was the right place. After that, all went well.

Location and price
The bathroom was dirty and the tub had mold on it. No furniture in the room. TV was broken
