The front desk was very patient and courteous with handling our group. We had to change our room to the first floor to accommodate a senior mother. The attendant did not lose her patience and got us to our rooms in good time.
My room had a stench to but, but we were in a rush to get changed and to our service that we did not have time to have someone to clean it. The following day after it was cleaned it still had like a mildew smell. The bathroom needs new tile on the floor, the tub floor could use replacement, my microwave was missing, and phones did not work

The staff was very service oriented and made my stay go well. The AC unit in my room was not functioning and when I informed the staff they were happy to relocate me.
When I tried to check out at 6 am, there was no one in the office. When calling the Inn, there was only a recording. When the call transferred to the front desk the handset was just sitting there. I waited 20 minutes and had to depart.

I order a room for my sister and her husband. They were traveling. Which they said the can switch rooms. Since it was reserved from a third party. They switch from a none smoking room. To a smoking room. It was like a bait and switch. Never reserve a place again there.

Nothing. The room was not cleaned. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom had dirty towels.
Everything. Would not recommend anyone staying here. We requested a refund and went somewhere else.

Frigidaire and microwave were very nice to have. Clean comfortable for a well needed rest.
Both outlets near the mirror don't work. The toilet seat is broken.
Other guests were vacuuming or doing something after 1am.
Atmosphere was unpleasant, didn't feel safe.

I told the manager on duty my door was open when I arrived and smelly and I wanted a discount he told me I can leave and he would refund me my money that’s poor customer service
