The location is wonderful
It was showing its age and was looking like it needed a lot of repairs. We’ve stayed there a few other times and some of the restaurants and other things were closed.

The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious, the shower was great, grounds were lovely, the pools were clean and the staff was very helpful and nice.
There was only a small lamp to light the room at night and coffee in the room was never replenished. I had to ask for cups and no water bottles were supplied in the room. That being said, I would rebook this hotel in a minute because overall these are small things and this place is truly awesome. :)

The condado area.
The dirty bathroom glass doors issue the hotel has, not many options to compensate me, and right now the release the hold and jace not charged my account accordingly. This last one may cause me issues if any other items come in. I will never stay there again. Very bad and stressful experience.

It was old outdated and the rooms leaked the beds were old the refrigerator is in the bathroom. The hotel needs to be done over completely

Location, beach access with bar service, ocean balcony, and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable and the shower was large with good water pressure.
The single room with the toilet, shower, open closet, and coffee maker was a bit weird. Exterior needs a new paint job and there was only one elevator working in the main lobby
