Location
Room was advertised as a “garden view”, however the view was of a roof. Both at registration and departure there was only 1 staff person in attendance, causing for unacceptable delays.
Housekeeping never left a soap bar at the bathroom room sink, we had to step into the shower to use the soap dispenser.

Service level was terrible: Waited 3 hrs to check in, rooms needed cleaning; Took 15 mins to get an untoasted bagel & cream cheese for bagel & lox order that arrived w/o same, (dinning room had less than 20 people); wait to get a drink at 5 was over 15 mins. while staff was talking among themselves.

Nice atmosphere.
The thermostat in the room did not work. I had to sleep in my sweat shirt becauseof the cold temperature. The restaurant was short staffed.

Breakfast was okay. Service was slow for coffee and condiments. Food selection was good. Workers were pleasant just super slow!
The hotel is overpriced. The elevator didn't work at one point and we had to go through the service entrance. The sheets were not clean. We had to ask for clean sheets. The room was dusty.

The hotel is objectively beautiful and very clean. The staff is nice, too.
The $45 daily resort fee and the $21 daily hotel “credit” is frustrating. The only amenities the hotel offers is a very small gym & a rooftop pool that was underwhelming. Was smacked with a $180 bill upon check out for the amenities I didn’t even use..

The hotel has a great location with restaurants and business nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was subpar. Many of the items were an additional charge and didn’t contain a variety for those you don’t eat pork. Need to have more chicken or turkey meat options

Convince of location and friendly staff
Could have some vegetarian options for breakfast. An ironing board and traditional iron would have been better rather than the steamer. Also, there are no power plugs that are assessible in the room

Good variety for breakfast, location was perfect, view was excellent, enjoyed mimosa upon arrival
Asked for late check out which was granted, but our room access was taken away 30 minutes early so we had to go to the front desk to regain access.

Completely RIPPED OFF,!!! Reserved a one-bedroom junior suite with water view and received a small back off the house room with two queen beds and a parking lot view. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED AND WILL LIKELY NEVER USE BOOKING.COM AGAIN.
