The area it was located in.
We had upgraded to an bay view through your app and gas given a higher price for the room When we arrived to the hotel they gave us an inside view that we originally booked at that higher price. I spoke to multiple managers there and showed the reservation and the proof on them app but no adjustment to the price or a move up to the bay view was made. We spent alot of money to stay in a mediocre room. They said it was on booking.coms end where the problem occurred.

The room was a one bedroom suite with plenty of space. Bathroom was good, plenty of towels and restocked each day. Very convenient for Cruise ship departures and also for visiting the Old part of San Juan.
The room was sold as a bay view, which it had, as long as you lent out on the tiny balconies. There were some housekeeping issues like a missing net curtain, a very odd vent in to the bedroom area that allowed water to drip down the wall. Management attended to look at the list of issues we had, so hopefully everything is sorted.

The location was centrally located in old San Juan. The staff is kind, responsive and helpful. The Jr suite was spacious with a great view.
Just be prepared for cruise rush in the area and crowd checking in and out of property due to proximity of the port.

First was the location, but once we entered the hotel we were blown away. The professionalism and warmth of the staff was more than expected. The building was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. The food was fabulous.
