Very Poor
Very disappointed on my stay here. Messaged prior to my stay to ensure check-in for birthday trip. Not much positivity besides location is ideal.
Upon arrival the checkin attendeant-jenniferlee acted surprised about my arrival. I had messaged with Kritzy S prior to arrival to ensure this was ok due to flight delays. Upon arrival I was placed in a room which she stated was an upgrade and before noon to come back to checkout and check back in to my new room. I was placed on fourth floor room where no A/C was working/available. I was told I would be charged for an early checkin- which Kritzy never mentioned via messaging! Also, I was not given a key-essentially locking me in the room for the remainder of morning. At 7:05 AM my card on file was charged $174.xx. I didnt receive notice until I got a bank notification and then a text from O:LIV came through at 7:30 stating I can stay in the room I was placed in. This was not what was told to me hours prior and I didnt book that room nor want to stay in it because the A/C was not working! Polly sent this text message. I unknowingly packed all my belongings and went to front desk where Jay told me "Oh we sent a message to let you know youre staying in that room" I wasnt given a Key to so ultimately I was locked out! He assigned me a key- still not presented wifi code or a welcome drink, welcome letter, or given amenities rundown. I took my things back up to the room- still no A/C. Left for the day and returned to a hot room. Took a shower to cool off- condensation lef tthe floor unsafe-- slippery. I messaged- no reply. Went to front desk, Jenniferlee stated they were suppossed to put me in a another room that morning! She provided a fan and came and dry mopped the floor. She tried to make it right but knew ultimately this was unprofessional and unexceptable to charge me for an "upgrade" and early checkin for a room that was not up to par and subpar to the portrait suite I originally booked! A few minutes after midnight, Jenniferlee came back to my room and offered me another room, because the A/C was just not working.

The interior design was truly exceptional and exuded luxury. The customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly, making every interaction a pleasure. The area remains calm and quiet at night, which I really enjoy, making the location even more appealing.

When I booked, I thought I had a balcony room. It was considered a king suite, but I had to go back to the photos from my booking and realized that the room in the photo had a mirror which was glaring into the shower, which appeared to be a window lol
