The beautiful decor inside a hotel is amazing
The only feedback I have is for the guestroom I was in. I think it had way too many chairs maybe reducing the number just to allow for more space. The closet had two poles in one side of the closet would be best to remove one for long garments

Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Room size was a bit small once the sofa bed was being used and limited storage for suitcases. Only one bathroom for a family of five not quite enough, but would be a great suite for a couple + small child

The staff was so friendly and outgoing. Loved the pools too.
The staff knowledge of the facility was inconsistent, especially with regards to what beach we could use. Also, the beach was not on hotel property, which was deceiving from on line photos and descriptions. No site map was provided for facility.
