Cheap local to where I needed to be
Gross in room. Dirty, smelled bad, had stained sheets. Slept in my clothes. Ceiling falling down. Heater smelled horrible. TV didnt work. Very worn down bed. Light figures were crooked. Had to unplug mini fridge cause it was making g loud noises. If I was so dang tired I would have just found another place. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Only positive is I did t find any bugs.

Location, restrauente across street. Good coffee.
Smelled, floor / carpet were filthy. Flys, roaches. Bed was horriable. Patch walls and door. Grass needed mowed. Also dog park need mowed. No ice bucket.

The bed was big and had a good mattress.
No shampoo. No coffee. No place to hang a towel for the shower. Dirty under the bathroom sink. Curtains falling down. Refrigerator motor extremely loud. Toilet paper cheap and flimsy. Garbage under the stairwell leading to the second floor. Crack addicts observed walking around the property with large dogs. Middle of the night banging on doors persisted for 15 minutes disturbing my sleep. Garbage under the stairwell leading to the second floor. Unable to cancel my reservation even after responding to an email and inputting the PIN as instructed. Clerk told me the wrong room number but luckily I was not shot by a crack/meth addict during my attempts to enter the room.

Nothing, this motel did not meet my expectations. The shower leaked very badly. We did not have hot water for a shower. There was barley enough room to walk by the bed. But the fridge and microwave worked okay.

Easy access to the property. Comfortable bed. Kind staff. Quick check in. Quiet. Clean.
My TV was broken, the screen was such a dark blue that you couldn't use the TV to watch anything. And no, it wasn't something with the settings, I tried that first thing.

Not very, clean. Previous occupant toothpaste and soap slime in bathroom. Comforter had sticky clumps on it. Unable to use to sleep. Very dusty doors, under sink etc.

The location
Requested 1st floor when made reservation. Had to take a second floor. Pillows and mattresses dirty and stained. Blankets and sheets had burn holes. Had to deal with bugs (drain gnats and stick bugs)in the sleeping area and bathroom!! No fire/smoke detectors. There was old mattresses , microwaves and refrigerators stacked under the steps and along side the building. Chewed up furniture. Office smelled moldy. Come evening there was no hot water. If there had been another motel available I would have left.

The location was fine but the facility was so disgusting we did not stay
It was absolutely FILTHY
We checked the bedding when we walked in and saw that the Bedspread had holes and crusty stains on it. Sheets were stained and had dirt in them the mattress had no protective cover and had mold on it. The bathroom was just as bad.
