The staff were all helpful and polite
The 7th floor smelled of mildew and mold, the room had red vomit stains on the carpet, the toilet did not stop running for hours, and the “restaurant” the grille, was business center tables pulled out into the hallway of the bar with charging stations in the middle and not staffed, the bartender had to serve the entire bar area and come to any table that sat themselves. The food was microwaved frozen food at terribly up charged prices.
