Location should have been "safe" considering it was well lit and they have cameras.
Approximately 10 cars were broken into, RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. In full view from the street, the hotel and the cameras.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
Around bedframe were stains (white and brown) exhaust fan did not work in bathroom. People upstairs were practicing for a marathon because they stayed on the move until 3am or later each night. Breakfast was basic- scrambled egg, sausage(I prefer sausage to have some sort of coloring as to look like its been cooked), waffle maker, oatmeal, assorted fruits, and bread. Small area for breakfast to accommodate such a large hotel.
I could overlook everything except the bed, it was so bad that I have canceled a future booking with the same chain different city.

Well, the sink was leaking badly and room 305. That’s the only complaint I have. I didn’t notice until I stepped in a puddle of water. To meet it’s a safety hazard.☹️

It wasn’t well kept, the room had ants, the towels weren’t clean, it was very loud, doors slamming, people running over our heads all night the dogs were barking. It was all just too much.

The bull out couch has stains all over the mattress. The pool was closed friday. The breakfast was below average and didn’t have much of a selection. The juice machine was out of order

The area was great, everything that we needed was right across the street.
The facility was terrible, there was a room that was boarded up because it caught on fire, you could tell they let people bring animals in all of the rooms. One if the rooms out of the two that we purchased smelled heavily like cat urine, one of the sinks were clogged, they didn't have complementary tooth brushes and tooth paste in the rooms. It was REALLY hot on our floor. So hot that we had to turn on the air. Kids were running around EVERYWHERE. The pool was absolutely FILTHY from all the kids playing in it so I didn’t get to swim our entire stay. The breakfast was trifling. The eggs were runny and the sausage was barely cooked. Water all over the floors in the lobby from kids running back and forth from the pool which caused me to almost slip and fall while pregnant due to the staff not cleaning it up. The elevator has a hard time catching on that people are not all the way on the elevator before closing the door. The elevator almost smashed a little kids hands due to the lag. The hotel is VERY dull and boring. No pictures, no art on the walls. You can tell people still smoked in the rooms even though its supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The best part about the hotel was Allie, one of their receptionists. She was really awesome and very welcoming.
Overall, for the price, amenities, facility and location, I will not be returning.
