The location and the staff
The hotel administration knows about thieves around and don’t care to notice visitors . All our staff in trunk of the car was stolen and we were told that the car was in blind spot relatively to the cam .. Our car was really in the center , under our windows .
The second thing : the microwave doesn’t work , the tv remote was broken

I ordered a suite and they gave me a regular room and said that they wouldn’t change our rooms. Our room smelled like spoiled milk and cigarette smoke and it was in a non-smoking room. The toilet wasn’t working. The thermostat wasn’t working it was awful. We didn’t even stay as soon as we checked in. We told them we were leaving and checking out and to cancel our reservation. It doesn’t seem like they did somewhere we are disputing it with them and the bank.

Good location, clean rooms.
This property charges $75/night for incidentals!!! That’s right it cost me an extra $225 to stay here and I still haven’t gotten that deposit back! I will never stay here again!
