Pick-up from the rental car station took almost 1 hour. I had to call two times, then I took a shuttle bus for a hotel next to the Hampton Inn.

Great location to the airport and the option to park our car for an extended stay was very affordable
The shuttle service was great to have but it was hard to get through to the front desk to arrange for pick up after a very long flight. Our driver said bc of this he tried to make rounds every 15 mins so folks dont have to wait long if they can't get through to the hotel

Amazing to be so close to the airport and never heard a single plane! Staff was all friendly & helpful. Bed was comfortable. Very clean.

The heater was very loud, the pillows were uncomfortable, the comforter was scratchy, and the shower head was in a terrible location and was difficult to use.

It is advertised on booking.com that there is free parking and shuttle service while you was away
When I got there the lady said it didn't qualify as I booked through a third party site. I asked it didn't say that how would I have known. She pointed to a sign on the counter and said, "because it says so right there".
Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
