I like the hotel and staff
My reservation was for a king suite with a pull out couch and when I checked in this was not available and had a regular king room with one bed so my kids had to sleep on the floor

The room we had was amazing. Sharing with our two young grandsons the extra large room was so great.
Pool was great and a nice temperature!
The breakfast was not the best. Very limited options. Egg omelets were way over cooked and all,of the cheese was melted out. Oatmeal was very good. Waffles were good. Needed a meat option.

Our air did not work. And the workers next door were remodeling a room so you could hear all the noises. Didn't sleep at all and alarm kept going off in the room next to ours. Worst experience I ever had at a Hampton
