I liked the lady at the front desk she was very nice.
The elevator was out they put me on the third floor and I had to carry all my luggage up three flights of stairs by myself. I will not stay in this hotel again.

The location was the only convenient part
The staff members were rude, the parking lot was covered in snow with hardly any spots to park. The room itself was filthy there was gunk all over the fridge the floors were filthy the bed didn’t look like it had clean sheets. The batteries in the remote were put in backwards so we thought the tv was broken. The whole room just felt dirty. We didn’t want to shower due to not wanting to get a foot fungus

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. There was pink mold in the bathtub and the floors were not clean. There was dirt and a clump of hair at the end of the bed on the floor. There was a draft from the windows.
