The check-in staff was great, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean.
The elevators were creepy and old feeling. The restaurant was under renovation, and the snack selection was very very small. And our room, 531, was very warm despite putting the air on.

I am handicapped I asked for hotel room near elevator so I would not have so far to walk. They gave us a room at the end of a hall way. My son questioned it. He was told you get what you get. The real professional was the general manager. He came out to talk to me and dropped his crack pipe and broke it. Wyndham disappointed not a 4 star hotel by any means!!!!

The price was right for one night traveling through the state.
The refrigerator was leaking and had a build up of ice. The shower/tub did not turn off. It dripped. Surprised there was no breakfast. Clerk at the desk in the early morning was more interested in her phone.

Disappointing
Location
Understaffed. Long lines, I’m talking 30 people in line to check in, constantly. We checked in around four came back downstairs around 5:30 and the lines never ended. We went back upstairs around seven still long lines. Only one person behind the counter. Only one person working in the bar and also cooking and serving food.

Nothing…. It is dirty… hallways smell horrible
The shower pressure is horrible… they didn’t clean… they made the bed; however, there was black stuff on the bed when we got in it… it was loud… you could hear all the traffic from the highway and ALL of your neighbors including fighting, dogs barking. They stated that they had breakfast yet when we got there the kitchen has been down for a while.. which is fine but we would have booked somewhere else. When the cleaning crew came in they deactivated our cards. Bed was uncomfortable. You were lucky if the elevator worked.
