Food and staff were great in the small bar/eating area. Bathrooms were updated and fresh. Room was clean.
Hallways were filthy and hotel room was outdated and drab. Parking was very expensive.

I didn’t like room . I payed almost $300 per night and furniture was damaged , had scratches. yellow had yellow rust . For that much money I expected better room. That’s was 2 star hotel experience .

They sold our room even though we had reservations. Showed up at check in time, we’re told they sold it and had a room for us at The Renaissance. Instead of out 2 queen beds, we received one queen and we had to take it or leave it. 16 blocks away from our venue

This would be a perfect review if they didn’t steal money from me.
Do not stay here!!! My room was completely paid for months in advance. I noticed 2 random charges totaling $736.61. I asked them why I was charged this. Nobody could explain this to me. They told me in 3 to 5 working days the money would be returned. This ruined my trip and I had to leave a day early. They told me if I call booking.com and they call, they would refund me for a day. Booking.com called them and they didn’t answer the phone. Day 2 & still no money. We’ll see how this pans out
