I really enjoyed my stay overall. The breakfast offerings were good, though I do wish bacon had been available. Everything else was satisfying and well-prepared.
The room was very nice and had a fresh, almost “new baby” smell to it. I even told my mom it reminded me of fresh diapers — a very clean and pleasant scent that made walking into the room especially enjoyable.
The staff was extremely kind and accommodating throughout my stay. The convenient location near the Quest Conference Center and the affordable price are the main reasons I chose your hotel. I could have stayed at Hilton on the company’s dime, but that would have felt like an unnecessary use of resources. Your hotel provided great value without sacrificing comfort or service.
Overall, a wonderful experience!
I was disappointed that bacon was not offered as a breakfast option. It would be a great addition to the menu.
I also noticed there was no vending machine available with chips and snacks. Having that option on-site would be very convenient for guests, especially in the evenings. Lastly, I wish smoking rooms were available, as that would make the stay more comfortable for guests who smoke. Overall, these additions would make a good stay even better.

The lady working in the cafeteria during breakfast was rude. There was no creamer and I sent my son to ask for some. She gave him half&half and when asked her if he could have some creamer (I specifically asked for it), she told him the half & half was "creamer." A few minutes later, I guess she caught her she brought out creamer. The young man at the reception desk (brown guy, curly hair) was professional and kind.

Just the staff member male at check in and front desk girl Melissa was nice
Couldn't sleep both nights ...kids jumping and adults stumping on ceiling they broke bed over my room had to call front desk 7 times they put them out and the new people were loud too and maintenance were in that room at 730 in the morning fixing that bed and maid knocked on my room at 9 something in the morning with keys in her hand....I ran her away 2 days no sleep it should be called thee Un comfortable inn and a waste of my hard earned 250 dollars...most bad experience I've ever had at a hotel in my 58 yrs....just att bad and im still mad

Very clean property from the lobby to my room The bed was very comfortable. I am also very grateful they let me check in early for a small fee which was wonderfully convenient - I work nights and get off in the early morning and need to sleep during the day. The breakfast especially the eggs and waffles were always fresh and tasty! The hot shower was wonderful and again I so appreciated how clean the bathtub/shower area was. I have stayed in many hotels these past few months and this has been by far the cleanest.
The room layout a little awkward - you walk right into the sink and bathroom area. Wished the room was a little bigger. Also, the chair in my room was very worn and could be updated.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Comfortable bed.
I believe the sausages gave me a touch of food poisoning. I didn’t finish eating them and still became ill within about an hour and a half. May have been a coincidence but I don’t think so. Also, our room was next to the breakfast area and it became very noisy around 7 AM. Someone was smoking weed outside our window.

Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast there...was a busy weekend. Our stay was pretty good. Very good location because you had everything surrounded around there. I would stay there again.
