Location and staff were great.
First two nights hall smelled of pot. Found trash hidden under couch pillows. Coffee machine had mold. Suitcase stand had all of its holding straps gone which made it useless. Could also hear the entrance sliding doors through the floor all night.

Had to switch rooms a couple times due to lack of things working. Remotes, lights, sinks, etc. Pillows had burn holes from smoking in the room. Also, the vents in the bathroom were hanging out of the walls. Pool/hot tub not working. Not impressed.

I was really looking forward to going in the hot tub. Found out when I got there that the pool and hot tub were closed. Also, no smart TV in the room so we had to watch local TV shows and as soon as we got off the elevator all we smelled was marijuana.

Disappointing
The decorations were very pretty in the lobby area and since there weren’t many guests during our stay, my kids and I had fun racing up and down the hallways with no complaints.
Although staff were nice, they don’t clean very thoroughly. Front desk was hardly present. Restaurant was vacant and unattended. Windows and elevators are very unclean. Pool/spa was closed down for almost a month due to health inspection failure, with no fair notice on website whatsoever. Gave us no opportunity to book elsewhere.

The black girl at the front was rude disrespectful and still haven’t refunded my money for the nasty room me and my family stayed In for 2 nights false advertisement of pool working. She was very rude. We are also sending emails. She should not bd the face of your hotel

We stayed at Cambria Nov.28th-30th. The room was nice!
During our stay… the pool and hot tub were green with stuff floating in it!! Gross! We are still waiting on them to reimburse our incidental deposit of $100! This is a week later and after at least a half dozen phone calls we have been told it’s coming and nope nothing! There is no manager for 3 days to return a phone call or answer questions! We have stayed in hotels MANY times throughout the years and this by far is the poorest excuse for management!

From the time I walked inside this facility it appeared to be nice my family and I arrived around 245am we got a room that toilet was not cleaned and would not flush we noticed immediately because we do a road trip so we had to go to the restroom the room was very outdated the bathroom was very out dated and it didn’t look clean enough to stay in but again it was in the middle of the night so I requested another room I had bags and I had children we ran around with the staff members trying to find a suitable room for the next couple of hours because I wanted to end my stay the at 11am check out based on the experience we were already having. The next day there was no supervisor available so it prompt us to have to stay for the remainder of the day the pool was dirty as well but that is the only reason I literally booked this hotel so that was not cool and then when the night came I came down to get a drink after a long adventurous day with my children and they had displayed this wonderful holiday drinks and I requested one I was told by the bartender since there was not a lot of customers he was not going to be able to make my drink but he can offer me a beer which I don’t drink immediately I felt like this hotel advertisement and service again was off and picking this hotel was a poor decision the outside looks nice but this hotel is like being in a subway with your children it is not clean please make your choice wise the manager or supervisor was not present and the staff was very nasty we stayed here a day and a half and I looked for my family and I another hotel which I would’ve wished me stayed all along.
