Staff is always wonderful and it is always clean and comfortable.
The last night there, there were kids running up and down the hallways until after midnight, and someone was smoking Marijuana and made the whole floor smell like it.

The pool and hot tub the kids had a blast
Only issue was our toilet clogged and overflowed but they came right up and cleaned it up

They didn't have housekeeping. We didn't have enough towels, toilet paper etc.

The staff were very friendly. And the breakfast especially the sausage and gravy Biscuits were great!! I had the room with a spa tub and it's just what my fiancé and I needed after a long year with no vacations. We will Def book again. We didn't get to try the pool but we will for sure next time.
It may be minor to some but a big deal to a few like me, their orange juice and apple juice dispenser comes out Luke warm. A nice cold glass of Apple Juice and Orange juice makes a huge difference, believe me!

The staff were amazing and the beds were very comfortable.
It was pretty crowded, our neighbors were noisy until later than we would have liked. The pool and hot tub were in constant use by a lot of people. Once we got dressed for the pool, but found it too crowded to be comfortable. Probably being crowded is not a problem for everyone.
