The gentleman working the front desk when I checked in was fast, professional, kind, happy, and very helpful. He was able to remedy my immediate issues, like unclogging my shower drain and finding an ice bucket.
I reserved a king room but when I arrived (6 pm as scheduled) no kings were available. My shower drain was plugged. (The desk staffer was able to fix it.) The toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. There is no carpet in the room, which is not ok, and the floors needed to be mopped. The rugs throughout the hotel common areas needed vaccuming. The parking lot needed sweeping. No amenities. No ice buckets in the room. The staff in the morning didn't bother looking up to see guests, let alone say hello. Breakfast consisted of cereal, bagels, yoghurt and fruit. The fruit was all over-ripe. The multiple rooms on the main floor that look like they were built for guest facilities are all storeage and linens-sorting, doors all open, in utter disorder. For $250 a night for one person, none of this is acceptable. Hilton? Not even close.

Several options were available.
No coffee maker in the room; am an early riser and had to wait to go to lobby to get coffee there. Some small problems were the bathroom could have been cleaner - some hair on floor, cobwebs in corner, and toilet paper dispenser was hanging loose on the wall. The inside door of the hotel room had a loose screw and I forgot to mention it when I checked out.

Wonderful
Perfect for our needs and not on a beaten path (which we like). The out of the way location made it feel isolated so there wasn't the busy cluttered feeling of most hotels.
Little things like the lobby bathroom being out of service and the dining tables all seemed wobbly - but still overall good stay.

We really don't have an answer for likes
The pool area is for storage only..booked for the pool. We were told we could go down to their sister hotel and use that pool. Sorry, I'm not driving down the other direction.
The electronic in our room kept going out, and they had no clue. We were gone for over 10 hours only to come back late at night to the issue not being fixed. Again told we could move down to their sister hotel, again not driving further down the road. So we had to move rooms within the hotel. Never, never again!!
They got full pay, and we did not get full use of what was paid for.

The breakfast, mostly packaged & vended products was okay. The choices offered me,a professed cooked ingredients breakfast eater, were nutritious and tasty. I appreciated the minimally flavored yogurt, granola, perfectly hardboiled egg, and coffee.
I think the breakfast was excellent given the limitations of an economically sensible free breakfast.

Toxic smell everywhere to the point where it feels as acid has been poured down your nose and throat. Hotel charged my card 3 times, manager has not been responsive for over 4 days. Absolute disgrace to the Hilton Brand!

Rebecca and Harold at the front desk at check in were very friendly and very helpful.Im disabled and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, just wonderful people. As We were leaving to check out with all our luggage, etc. an employee named Anastasia saw me and offered to help me with packing the trolley and moving to the front desk to check out--a friendly and helpful young lady-thank you to all of the employees!
