The bay view from our room was amazing
The house is very old, which is quite cool in certain ways, but some of the bathroom facilities could use an update (especially in the shared bathroom).
Soundproofing is of course not the best in an old house, which sometimes can be annoying when other guests arrive late at night.

The best view in New York!
To get the best view in NY involves taking the ferry to Staten Island and the S51 bus, allow 1 hour. The property is basic but adequate though cleaning could be better. Simple continental breakfast.
