I love the area, the rooms are clean and Mo is so welcoming and friendly! I stay here every year and he is always very accommodating to any issues that arise.
The AC in my room was a little loud, but it still kept me cool at night! Not really a complaint and Mo knows they are loud and said they are in the process of replacing them.

Location is unbeatable. You just want to live there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To meet other guests for breakfast in the morning was an easy way to start the day

Lack of air conditioning in common areas, minimal breakfast items, only 1 towel and no bathroom supplies for a shared bathroom.. toilet paper. Had to use a key to get in front door, everyone sat on porch alot so in and out needed a key.

The Harbor House was the perfect place to stay, with beautiful views of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and a great location in Staten Island. The room was clean, comfortable, and just a short trip to the Staten Island Ferry for easy access to Manhattan. Mo's hospitality made us feel right at home, and we can't wait to come back!
