The location and the Continental breakfast included during my stay.
I pretty much had no complaints about my stay this time, although I didn't like the extra charge for room insurance in case of any damages. It was refundable, but I'm not sure that they remembered to credit my account after I had to check out, and go back home.

Disappointing
When I went up to my room, I discovered that the bed linens had not been changed after the previous guests checked out. The housekeeper had simply made the beds and that was it. There was hair on the sheets and pillows of both beds. The beds did not smell like freshly washed linens, and the sheets were wrinkled and clearly looked as though they had been used the previous night.
The mirrors, faucets, bathroom, and toilet had not been cleaned either. It felt like the room had only been given the appearance of being cleaned.
I had to go down to the front desk and ask to change rooms. The second room was somewhat cleaner, but there was still hair on the bed linens. At that point, I no longer had the energy to ask for another room, so I simply asked them to bring me clean sheets. I changed the bedding myself because that was the only way I could be sure I was sleeping on clean linens.
I believe management should pay much more attention to the housekeeping and room-cleaning standards. There was also such a thick layer of ice buildup in the refrigerator that it clearly needs to be defrosted.
The bathroom doors and mirrors had not been properly cleaned either. When I looked in the mirror, I could see splashes left by previous guests, and it was obvious that some of them were toothpaste splashes.
I am very particular about hygiene, and this hotel left me with a very unpleasant impression regarding cleanliness and the level of care provided to guests.

The breakfast was amazing! A great incentive. The guest room was a great! The microwave and refrigerator are great to have in the room. Saves money instead of eating out every day. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect!
The only thing that I didn't necessarily "like" was the slowness of the elevators, but there were a lot of guests at the time, so it is understandable.

It has parking.... family friendly, room was clean, good breakfast(was included). Attentive front desk. Something that I like during breakfast was the option of tea( tea bags variety), that was something I wasn't expecting at all. Our stay was comfortable.
Well, there should be an area for smoking people i gues., Our family has some respiratory problems and some people were smoking beside the door entrance and anybody getting to the lobby can breath all that smoke.
