Meagan was awesome. That woman was excellent. She deserves a raise immediately or a promotion. She knows exactly what she is doing. Always asks us for cleaning service. How everything is going. How are things going? I unfortunately forgot the other girl we first met but she was great. I don't want to leave her out.
However, one of the supervisor is not friendly, no personality whatsoever. So disappointed. Cannot multi- task. She worked on a Sunday during the day. Doesn't offer anything, we booked through booking.com but insisted on charging us 100 dollars and another booking through their hotel. Then come to find out. She's ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS.
THE ONLY REASON I'LL BE RETURNING IS MEAGAN. HANDS UP TO THAT WOMAN 5++++ STARS ?

Comfortable beds, clean
The hotel would have been perfectly comfortable except for two things:
You’re likely staying there because your flight got canceled/delayed, which means you’re tired and need to get up early. The cheap metal room doors are incredibly loud and slam shut each time you open them, and the seals are poorly insulated. All night long I heard other people on my floor opening and closing their doors, running down the hall, and talking. This is after the planes stopped flying overheard around 11:30 pm. Miserable night of sleep.
Limited snack options in lobby and no food option nearby except delivery. All items are $4, including a single measly Nutrigrain bar.
Otherwise the room was clean and the beds perfectly comfortable.

I didn’t like anything about the property.
The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. The floors were filthy with crumbs, ants, and what appeared to be mouse droppings. When I requested a new room, I was initially told the hotel was sold out, but after I asked for a refund they suddenly “found” another room. Staff was unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable staying. I left immediately and did not stay overnight.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, both at the reception and during breakfast. It was also convenient that there is a shuttle service to and from the hotel, although it does not run 24 hours. Not far from JFK. Overall, a very good choice.
The value for money could be better.

Pleasant
Room was 89-90 degrees. Maintenance said it just needed to be turned off for 15 minutes. This didn't help and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to come back to work on it.
Shuttle only goes to the airport once/hour on the hour. Luckily they had room on one and I didn't have to pay for a taxi.
