The hotel was fine. I liked that there was transportation to and from JFK airport. Bed was comfortable and clean.
After waiting a while to check in (I arrive before 3 pm), I was given a room but it was not fully cleaned. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. I didn't like the inconvenience but the front desk lady apologized and gave us another room.

Close to the airport, friendly staff (front desk, breakfast area, driver). Clean and comfortable rooms.
Broken shower head support. Breakfast eggs and turkey sausages are dry and feel industrial. Could be better considering the relatively high price of the rooms.
It would be good to have a shuttle rough ETA when calling the front desk from the airport.

We had to take the 5:00 shuttle because the 6:00 shuttle was already full. So be careful. It did work out to our benefit though ?

The only saving grace for this place e is the distance from the airport. Other than that, it’s pricy for what is on offer. There is renovation going on so the elevators are dirty and the breakfast is horrible
Just pay for bed only and figure out where to have breakfast because what is on offer is all processed items that are horrible to say the least. Skip it altogether. You book for space on the shuttle going to the airport but on getting there, they were like a whole load of people and they the can only take I think 9pax. This is not communicated and on complaining the driver said to take it up with management. Just plan for Uber in good time

Top-notch staff, every person was very helpful amd kind and efficient. Beds were comfy, shuttle was fine. Everything was clean and professional.
Heads up for any disabled travelers, the bathrooms in the "regular" rooms are not large enough to accommodate a very small manual wheelchair.
The breakfast was not good. Its not a big deal - its free after all - but it was not good. The prepackaged/ dry stuff was fine, so there are options :)

Your hotel is nice with the structure and all. Nice rooms and bathrooms, nice breakfast area, but you need to enforce your smoke free policy and have better staff.
Nice property, but reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. It’s ironic because you state you are a smoke free hotel, which is false. Your staff at the front desk seem like they want to quit their jobs, pick happy people.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. It was a short stay but the bed was super comfortable. Great bed.
Unfortunately the shuttle started at 5am and I had to be at the airport at 4.30am.

There was absolutely nothing that I like about this facility. The staff kept hanging up on us when we would call. Also there was no microwave in the room and the shower in the bathroom was dirty.

It seems like the hotel has been renovated and they were currently adding a lounge and small snacks area. It was close to JFK and offered a free airport shuttle.
The room was pretty small but I guess that is typical for New York City, the breakfast area was small and got crowded around 8:30. My biggest complaint is that it wasn't near anything, like restaurants, park, store, but Uber eats delivered!
