This property was squeaky clean. From the lobby, to the rooms, you can tell that a special effort was made.
There is no view, but that is NOT the hotel's fault. It was near the airport, so that is what is important.

Location is close to the airport
I booked this hotel for two nights with a gap of 5 days. I wanted to leave my luggage so I did not have to haul it with me, and I assumed that since I had an upcoming paid reservation, it would be okay. The hotel refused to keep my luggage .

The hotel was close to the airport and had a free shuttle bus.
No hot breakfast. The breakfast was a grab and go bag. The hotel shuttle only served one airport.

Conveniently close location to Airtrain- shuttle (Holiday Inn also used by them). Room layout and fixtures were updated. Comfy bed and variety of pillows.
Staff was ok. Concession was not fully stocked and was expensive for selection available. Note- Shuttle may be from comfort inn or holiday inn. I waiting because was not informed.

Pillows were old and had no structure to them, as soon as any weight was applied, they compressed completely flat.

I booked this hotel for one night to catch my early flight in the morning. Hotel is situated in the quite neighborhood and the bed is comfy which is much needed after a long 18 hours flight from international.
The airport shuttle driver is very straight-forward in asking for a tip. Front desk hotel staff in the morning was much nicer than the evening one when I checked out.

Convenient to JFK; shuttle available; wifi included. Staff allowed breakfast area to be used by guests for delivered food.
Its functionally isolated (nothing really within walking distance; delivery food only real option). Rooms are a bit tight on space (king bed, but only one desk chair and no other seating).

Too expensive. Shutlle runs only until 11p.m (i have to pay a taxi) and when we arrived, it was already fully booked for the morning after (i have to pay a taxi again). And planes just above the hotel without good Windows, too noisy.

Room was a little smaller than expected for 4 people sharing.
Only 1 set of mini toiletries to share amongst the 4 of us.

It was clean and welcoming staff. Convince that is close to the airport.
I dont like that they dont provide any soap, shampoo or conditioner for us. They must forgot it.
And the shuttle service start late around 9 am for a Monday morning. But in general it was fine.
