Disappointing
Beds were comfortable after a 16 hour flight especially.
Water leak, breakfast ended by 9:30am, coffee not good, woman at the front desk did not have good manners. Overpriced for just an airport hotel without breakfast.

Location: very close to JFK. The lobby is nice and the room's seem clean.
Every sound - both in and outside the hotel - reverberates. The radios in vehicles driving by deep into the night are easily audible. Inside, every conversation and door slam on our floor is audible.
Please invest into sound-proofing or even attempt to dampen environmental sounds.
Entertainment was also lacking. Basic cable with only 2 HBO channels. There is no way to cast or connect phones or computers. No movie purchasing ability either.

Location was great - close to the airport. Shuttle only runs by the hour so I caught the uber to the accommodation from JFK. Caught the shuttle in the morning to the airport which was convenient and easy. The breakfast was great too - glad it was included. The rooms are really nice and clean.
The view is literally facing the rubbish tip across the road - might be an issue for some people not for me as it was night time and stay was brief.
I was located next to the elevator on the fourth floor right next to the elevator and the sound from the elevator was excruciating. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep properly. Would suggest asking not to be located next to it.

This is the first hotel in 70 years of travelling that installed a motion activated light in the bathroom. Who had the great idea that a couple would want to light up the whole room when you visit the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also when you shower the light turns off in the middle of the shower. Genius move.
I had to on the spot invent something to cover the sensor so this would stop happening

I hated this hotel. We arrived and there was only one person at the counter so the wait was pretty long. Then the room had no towels! They told us they "ran out" of towels and only had towels the next morning. We specifically requested van service to the airport, but when we arrived they told us the van was sold out. Also only 1 van service per hour which is ridiculous for an airport hotel. We still had to pay a USD 20 Uber ride. A total scam, will never stay here ever again in my life.

Disappointing
The room was clean, and the only real advantage was its proximity to the airport. However, the surrounding area felt quite shady and was not a pleasant location.
The staff were generally rude, and for a 4-star hotel, the facilities and service were far below expectations. There was no assistance available for carrying luggage to the rooms, and the room amenities were very poor. Basic items such as a trash bin in the bathroom and a dental kit were not provided, and there was also no proper luggage storage space. The breakfast selection was very limited, and the restaurant staff closed the doors promptly at 9:00 AM even while guests were still eating. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Disappointing
The best part of the experience was the front desk/reception staff - they were excellent. They were very polite and tried as best as possible to answer questions.
The breakfast was almost the same everyday. The kitchen staff weren't very friendly. The housekeeping staff were terrible and not customer centric.

Too much outside and inside noise,
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working I asked to be moved and the rude clerk told me the hotel was full and I couldn't get a new room, the next day I met a gentleman name Roy and I told him that the air conditioning wasn't working and he told the clerk to get me a new room by evening, I attempted my uncle's funeral and when I got back I had a new room with working air conditioning
Also I had requested for extra towels by I never received them
I personally think that your company needs to train your employees how to speak and communicate in a pleasant manner

Room super comfortable. Towels soft. Appeared to be remodeled. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast and coffee delicious
Hotel was across from sanitation trucks. But didnt interfer with my sleep. Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle to pick me up from airport, But driver was very nice.

Wonderful
Good variety of usual motel breakfast foods. Clean and nicely presented. Rooms well appointed with coffee machine, outlets, etc
