The room was too small. No where to sit. Didn't even have enough room between the bed and computer table to put a chair. No coat hangers to hang my coat.

The location.
Everything. There was no clear signage where the reception was for a start. We was walking through doors having no idea where we was going. Then they gave us the room next door to reception so all night it was just talking from reception and shouting from whoever else was outside our door. The room itself stunk of strong paint and turps. Went to open the window and it was so high only a ladder could reach it. Plus it’s boarded over anyway. We hated it that much that after a few hours stay we checked out early and stayed in the airport departures because for $128 we got no sleep at all.

They took my money and i got the email of confirmation and when i arrived there they said it is canceled. And i was in the situation to not have where to stay in the middle at the night.

We were met with absolute RUDENESS and shouted at by a guard that there was nothing available and to go away, DESPITE that I had pre-paid for a room 3 months prior!

The location was terrible taxi's wanted over 25 dollars to take us there and demanded more than 55 dollars to return us to the airport even though the receptionist said it would be 25 dollars. Never again.
The room was not very clean and the sheets had holes in them. The receptionist was delightful but he was behind bars and said not to go outside at night as it was not safe!

location and closeness to airport
the room could not even contain my two luggage and it was so tight that I could not open my box to get my shower materials that night. I had to change to another hotel the following morning

The room and bathroom were clean.
Air con and TV both worked.
It smelled of sewage outside of the room.
There was no kettle in the room to make tea or coffee.
I asked the receptionist to call me a taxi.
He organised a cab driver who wasn't clear about the price and overcharged me for getting me to the airport. I suspect it was a scam driver. I just payed because I was keen to get to the airport.

I didn't like anything.1) The property charges an additional $3.85 for the transactions done via booking.com (I think the commission that the property needs to give to the booking site charges from the customer)
2)They do not provide an official invoice for the booking. Informed that the booking site should give it
