Nothing at all. Would have been better if I stayed on the road without spending nearly 150$ per night
I didn't like anything.1) The property charges an additional $3.85 for the transactions done via booking.com (I think the commission that the property needs to give to the booking site charges from the customer)
2)They do not provide an official invoice for the booking. Informed that the booking site should give it

Location relative to airport
Room felt like a jail cell, colour scheme left the room quite dark, location opposite laundry and reception meant the room was very noisy. Lack of comforter on bed, just 2 thin sheets,heating didn't work,overall decor was tired.

The staff was not friendly. The hotel looked unsafe & dingy. No blinds on the 1st floor windows. I booked a smoking room & was told upon arrival all rooms are non-smoking. Why ask my preference & advertise falsely? I would never recommend this establishment.

Cool and quite area.
Now not bashing but letting you know the true I work at a five star hotel in Trinidad and Tobago for years as a house keeper and for me the bathroom and toilet needs a lot more hygiene the toilet can be a little more clean, the bathroom walls and floors need some more attention also the bed sheets when I goes to relax I can smell the sheet.needed to be well taken care of some more.

Nothing. This hotel is in a very seedy area, even the morning cab driver said he doesn¿t like coming to the area. There were people hanging around the entrances and hall during the night. There is no lobby, just a small glass window in a narrow hall.
Not as advertised eg. no shuttle, doorman, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, toiletries (only soap), balcony or terrace. Safety deposit box wouldn¿t open, we had no hot water, heater wouldn¿t work and no blanket. We froze all night. DO NOT BOOK this hotel

it waa very dirty and cold. i made a reservation 3 days but stayed 1 night (it was midnight after 14h flight) sheets, room, toilet was horrible.

Absolutely NOTHING. Have seen homeless camps in better shape.
The room was so small there was barely room for the bed. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Pictures of the room do not accurately show anything. No exterior signs showing hotel entry. "Courtyard" nothing more than a storage area.

Only the location... the hotel is so cheap and is not a family hotel... don't go with your son or daughter...
is a cheap hotel and of course is good enough for just one night and to take the taxi for the JFK airport.

Close to the airport.
This neighborhood is really scary and the locks aren’t secure. I couldn’t sleep because of how terrified I was. Anyone could walk into the hotel because there’s no lobby. Next time, I would definitely pay the extra bucks for a safer option. There are stains on the bed sheets too.
