I could not get the shower to produce hot water, so I never got to shower. BARELY TEPID when the dial was set to full hot. I will never return!

It was a nice room for the value. It’s close to the airport and there is a 24 hour shuttle to bring you to and from the airport so that was convenient.
Unfortunately, we were left stranded at the pick up point at JFK airport. We waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. We finally got to the hotel because we had to call an Uber. The driver never showed up despite numerous calls to the hotel, we were assured that the driver was on his way and it was because of traffic and they were delayed, howeverwe encountered no problems when we were taking the Uber. We didn’t get to our hotel until almost 1 o’clock in the morning, that was a big negative.

A decent and convenient hotel to stay at as it’s just a few minutes ride to JFK. There’s a shuttle bus to the airport that runs every 30 mins 24/7 and they were on time. Food and service was great. You can leave your car on premises if you purchase a park/fly package.
A few areas of improvement: some of the rooms could use a little updating. One of the towel racks was loose on the wall. And when we came in the room there was a face mask on the floor. Other than that the bed was comfy and everything else looked clean and the food in the restaurant was very good.

I did not eat breakfast. The location was great.
We waited for over an hour for the shuttle to show only to be told they would send a car for us, which also never showed. I understand there was construction in process. However, the hotel should have made more shuttles available once we got to the hotel. There were several shuttles sitting in the parking lot. We did not take the shuttle the following morning because the line was too long. This was a total inconvenience to us.

Disappointing
The room was good — the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the noise from the street was quite loud and came through the window, which made it uncomfortable at night.
Regarding the shuttle, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The shuttle arrived at the airport but never stopped, even though we waved at it. We waited for an hour and called the hotel several times, and they kept saying the shuttle was stuck in traffic (which was not true, since there was no traffic at all). In the end, we had to pay for a taxi because the shuttle never showed up.
When we arrived at the hotel and complained to the person at the front desk during check-in, it was like talking to no one, they didn’t seem to care.
The bed was comfortable, but the rest of the experience was not good.

Friendly staff. Chelsea at the front desk was wonderful. We had just come in from a long flight and were exhausted and she was just the smiling face we needed.
Restaurant was overwhelmed. Food was good but service was slow. They were definitely trying to do their best but they may want to look at staffing on busy nights.

The food was amazing. Bartender was super nice even though she was overwhelmed.
Was not given many face cloths in the bathroom.
No vent in the bathroom so after a shower it was very hot and steamy.
Very expensive to stay and park, and eat.
There wasn't a lot of information on cost. Many different pages had a different cost for everything.

The staff refused to store our one luggage for 1 hour after checkout. As a result we had to take the suitcase into the train to get food for our baby. They said they had no luggage storage facility, and then I saw the luggage room near the restroom, and it had several bags stored. Why did they lie? Why did they store others bags, but not ours? Felt this was very unfair especially for the steep price we paid.

The bed had blood stains on the sheets, that was the first room. they gave us anither room. The exterior of the frig and draws were filthy.
The dirty rooms. The TV AND LAMPS WERE PLUGED IN INE SOCKETS THAT WAS SUPPOSEWD TO BE FOR THE QUEST. THE OUTLETS FOR THE TV AND LAMPS WERE COVERD.
