don't stay here if you're not homeless, and they let you stay for free... I've been infected by scabies in this facility. They don't wash or don't properly wash things... I wanted to give them a lawsuit, but I didn't have time for that...

Plenty of parking, large size room, smoking rooms available, refrigerator worked well.
Overpriced for a motel, also I didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t control the temperature of the room.

They allowed smoking in their rooms and did not specify this to me when I booked with my children. It was poorly maintained with rude front desk staff and very unsanitary.

There was no elevator, with bags & babies it was a little difficult, but not many steps to second floor.
There was no heat, I froze for hours, called front desk multiple times with no answer. Finally I walked down to ask how to work the heat, I was told they don’t have any heat only air conditioning, she did turn ours off and it wasn’t as cold.
No comforters for the beds just a fleece blanket n it had burn holes.
Bathroom had long black hair on shower walls n floors. Towels were thin and dingy looking.
Bed frames are metal so every time we walk over to bed our feet hit it and it would make a loud sound.

The location is in an area close to restaurants, pharmacy, gas stations you can find everything close and the JFK Airport it’s really near. The price is affordable.
The hotel has a private parking.
The receptionist was very rude and unfriendly.
