Not a super fancy hotel, but a good place to rest during a long layover, in close proximity to the airport. They offer a free shuttle to and from, but apparently it only runs once an hour so I would call them directly to ask when the next one is. The room was larger than I was expecting, clean, and comfortable.
More flexibility on the shuttle times would have been nice, but it was fine the way it was.

The location.
it was filthy. It was in disrepair, tub faucet came off in my hand, open electrical, makeshift, and shoddy repairs, missing part to the coffee maker. There was hair in the bathroom sink and the tub, along with someone’s leftover soap with the torn wrapper. Also, I could hear a radio playing and the staff talking all night long. Not soundproof at all. Not up to Quality Inn’s reputation. I have stayed at many and this was a dump. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver, Harry, who went above and beyond.

staff were friendly and helpful.
Booked this hotel because it had an airpoint shuttle, and found out after booking that we would first have to take a train to the transit circle in order to catch the shuttle, which runs only once per hour. We had a lot of luggage so we ended up taking a taxi.
Getting to our room was a little awkward. Had to take an elevator down 1/2 level, then walk down the hall and take a different elevator up to the floor our room was on.

Disappointing
The airport is very convenient. The shuttle was perfect and check-in was swift. The room was clean.
Many issues made it difficult to sleep. The windows had blinds and no curtains, and behind the window was a bright light that shone directly on the bed that was impossible to cover. It was about as bright as morning regardless of the time.
The rooms are not soundproof at all so I just heard loud conversation from the hallway and outside the window until about 2am. There was some kind of generator outside my window that whirred loudly all night long.
Most of the rooms are in a basement.

I had a concern about my upcoming reservation. I was told only a manger could help me. I tried calling over 20 times, emailed them 4 times, left my contact information and was told I would be called back or emailed back 5 times, and contacted their corporate office who sent a letter to the manager telling them to contact me. And never once could I get in touch with the manager. And there were never any attempts to contact me as promised. Multiple times I was lied to, sworn at, and hung up on by staff here. Extremely unprofessional behavior all around. Now I’m out $250. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else.
