Bed was clean and comfortable.
Airport shuttle was on time.
Room was noisy. Other than the bed, the surfaces needed cleaning.
Airport shuttle was underwhelming. Driver was not helpful or communicative.

Customer service was bad. ripped blinds, people outside can see in. Ripped bed skirts. Room phone was plugged into itself, like it was there for decoration, there was no phone outlets. No body wash in shower. TV channels and remote didn't work, unable to turn TV volume up or down.

Close to airport, had an airport shuttle
Our room was gross. Walls banged up and dirty. The location albeit close to airport, seemed like on the edge of the “hood”. Only there for 6 hours and there was someone in the hall causing a major disturbance at 2:50 am. I think there could be a lot of drug use going on in this hotel, this isn’t just a travellers hotel, there’s sketchy people staying here on the regular.

The hotel is conveniently located near JFK Airport and offers a free shuttle service to the AirTrain station, providing easy access to Terminals 1–8. The shutter bus driver that pick us on november 17 in the morning around 8:40 am was late, and then was very rude, was driving reckless, He looked at us in an intimidating way , we have a kid with us and closed the door on us the hardest way he could. I shouldn't work in customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, near the airport, restaurant, and small supermarket.
The only issue I have is that there is noise outside at midnight from people talking and vehicles.
