The property claimed due to a power outage my door could not be opened with my own key card which meant that I could not leave my room - given that it is not always easy to track down an employee to have them open my door for me. The bathroom was not clean and nor were the bed sheets

It is close to the airport. And since we had a very early flight, it was convenient to stay at this location. Airport shuttle service was extremely prompt and professional. The room and hotel were clean.
The bed was like sleeping on cardboard. Lots of sirens through the night. The damage in the room was about normal for what I have seen in other hotels, but the security latch was broken on the door.

Free shuttle from and to the airport. Convenient located to the airport. It was clean.
Noises coming from hallway. You could hear every noise coming from the hallway to the point that woke me up at night. Breakfast was poor. They didn’t replenish the food or clean the tables between guests. Too expensive for what you get.

The Shuttle Driver was nice
Everything! This place is a DUMP! In a crappy neighborhood! Leaking toilet! Stinky Rooms! Windows do not close or lock. Anyone can open the window and climb in. Neighbor is so NOISY! Dirty! Smelly! Huge lack of maintenance! Obviously owners are milking it

Disappointing
The beds were comfortable and the room overall was clean. The location is very close to the airport.
I would like to request for a partial refund or credit for the following reasons: the toilet in our room was broken, it would not flush. The shampoo container was completely empty. The breakfast ran out of fruits and when we asked for more, they didn’t restock.

There was an apple in our trash can that wasn’t ours. The stairwell smelled bad, elevator was loud like something was wrong.

The 24 hours shuttle is a big plus. It was on time we traveled twice to go and return to the airport, fast and efficient.

We are supposedly taking an uber to Manhattan, when i asked the lady at the front desk, she said she could help us get a ride for much cheaper 80usd to be precise.
When we are halfway the ride the driver said its 340usd!!!! Driver said if we wont pay he will drop us off right where he said we need to pay half way the highway!
