Front desk very helpful
Toilet didn’t work in room and it clogged up cleaning staff brought a snake cleaner and left mess all on the floor for me to clean up afterwards had to switched to second room and the cleaning staff did terrible job of cleaning up the room left trash on the floor in the room i had to clean up again and the loud blasting of music on Sunday morning for hours on the 6th floor i could barely sleep and if you ask for extra blankets or towels she gives you an attitude while giving you the towels like you need to beg for it

Thw shuttle to the airport. Also liked the bus stop right out front the hotel.
Room was not cleaned once in my 4 night stay.

The convenient location was exactly what I was looking for and made my moving around , much easier.
Staff could have been a bit more accommodating, and friendlier at times, especially restaurant staff.

I was given wrong info from the front desk, people from the time I stepped off the elevator at check in, people yelling, children running up and down the hall i was awaked at 4 something in the morning by someone running and people yelling i paid to much for a very uncomfortable stay j wish I would get my money back for this horrible stay

Updated smart tv . Room was bigger than I’d thought it would be .
The water was cold the whole stay. Taking cold showers in NY winter is not a good feeling. & the towels they gave were dirty. Didnt have anymore shower gel either and gave us little hand soap bars instead of refilling or replacing the shower gel. I also didnt like that they dont allow food deliveries upstairs. Having to get up from comfort to get dressed and go downstairs was annoying to say the least

Proximity to the airport.
After having our request to leave our bags at reception prior to check in approved via email when we arrived at 6.45am to drop the bags off for a day of sightseeing the staff working were unaware of the approval and rudely told us they wouldn't take them but if we wanted to wait 45mins to see the day manager we could wait and speak to her.
