Closeness to airport. Nice room.
The bathroom floor had faint blood stain on there--a good mop to take care of it. The shuttle left ten minutes late at 5:10am. It wasn't really acknowledged. The driver was nice and drove well and it was convenient.

The breakfast was good, except I didn’t care for the coffee. Dinner the night before was surprisingly good - a simple delicious Caesar salad with salmon; warm brownie and ice cream for dessert VERY ABLY SERVED by Manoj.
It was all fine.the hotel was very clean and comfortable the small restaurant very good and all of the staff pleasant and helpful.

I arrived after a snowstorm, and apparently there was some kind of water leak in the hotel so 1/2 of the hotel was dripping with water loud fans. The parking lot was not shoveled or plowed when I had to park my car. I had to put it in four-wheel-drive not to mention, I had to walk through an entire parking lot of nothing but ice and snow and yeah, I was charged $40 for parking in a facility that I already paid for a room expecting parking to be included and not being in a wintry icy condition that I would have to walk through
The parking facilities really sucked. It was icy and snowy. It wasn’t shoveled out. It was hazardous walking to the door and the hotel had some kind of water break so Servpro was there. The fans were loud and it was just not a very good stay.

Almost $50 per night on parking I’d crazy and in top of that when I booked it said breakfast included, that was a lie it’s an up charge as well.

Toilet didn’t work in room and it clogged up cleaning staff brought a snake cleaner and left mess all on the floor for me to clean up afterwards had to switched to second room and the cleaning staff did terrible job of cleaning up the room left trash on the floor in the room i had to clean up again and the loud blasting of music on Sunday morning for hours on the 6th floor i could barely sleep and if you ask for extra blankets or towels she gives you an attitude while giving you the towels like you need to beg for it

Dear Hilton Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at one of your properties. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I have ever had with the Hilton chain.
• The staff was extremely rude and showed no concern for the guests.
• The room had a strong odor of weed/ marijuana, which made it impossible for us to rest.
• The shuttle bus service is scheduled only at 6:00 a.m., and the hotel provides no alternative for guests with earlier flights.
This lack of professionalism and disregard for guest comfort is unacceptable and far below the standards I expect from Hilton. I kindly request that you review this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.

When I booked my room, I was supposed to get breakfast included when I got there my breakfast was not included and you also had to pay for parking. I think if you want to Broom, I think parking should be free.

I stayed at the Hilton near JFK because I had an early morning flight and wanted to be well-rested. I paid around $350 specifically so I could get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The air conditioning unit seemed extremely old and made loud noises throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. On top of that, the room felt outdated and was not clean. My entire purpose in booking this hotel was to rest before an early flight, but I didn’t get any sleep at all. Overall, it was a really bad experience and not what I expected from a Hilton property.

I was given wrong info from the front desk, people from the time I stepped off the elevator at check in, people yelling, children running up and down the hall i was awaked at 4 something in the morning by someone running and people yelling i paid to much for a very uncomfortable stay j wish I would get my money back for this horrible stay
