I wish they can make fresh eggs at breakfast time. I also wish they eliminated the tub in the bathroom.

Good location for an overnight stay to catch a flight. We did not realize we would have to take a train to pick up the shuttle but it worked out fine. The room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff was welcoming. Breakfast was fine.
We planned on taking an uber into the city as we had tickets at Lincoln Center. The person at the desk said a cab would be cheaper and she would arrange it. It turned out that it was much more expensive and the driver, who said he would pick us up did not. I called the hotel and they arranged a new driver, who was expensive but good. We suspect the staff gets a kick back from drivers, but it all worked out.

Staff is friendly, very professional and helpful. Restaurant available in building. The environment was very clean. The female shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. Snacks and water was available for sale at the hotel if youdon'twantthe complimentary water. It is close to the airport JFK. I admire the coffee bar even though I didn't use it.

Accolades to the gentleman running the hotel’s busy airport shuttle service (much appreciated after 12:30 am arrival!), as well as the young man running the breakfast area - the entire hour we were there, he was CONSTANTLY wiping off guest and food tables, checking on food supply and food arrangements.
I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Hairs in sink, unidentifiable orangey substance around the drain, unidentifiable matter inside top of drain, unwrapped and used soap on shower shelf, pubic hair on the shower handle, peeling shelving.

Good hotel close to JFK and easily accessible via the AirTrain and the free shuttle bus from Federal Square. The furnishings are a bit dated but the bed was super comfortable with feather pillows and lots of towels in the bathroom (4of each size) which was great. The late check out of 12pm is super convenient if you have a later flight.
No room service or food options if you check in late. Furnishings a bit dated. The walls are very thin. I could hear the phone conversation in the room next door clearly. The breakfast was ok, not great.
No kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fine.
The Drive up area was totally blocked by people and vehicles -- they just don't have enough room there. The lobby and entrance was shabby. Since they only had a couple options for food, after checking in and going to our room, we walked next door to the Marriott which has a really nice restaurant and had a nice dinner.
