We got there at 1am, after a very long flight with our kid that was understandably soooo tired. And we are told there are no rooms left!! We of course booked the room in advance through booking and got a confirmation, so this should not have happened...The employee had nothing to say, no real explanation, other than that we were relocated to a different hotel...So we had to again put all our suitcases in the shuttle that drove us to the other hotel.
This is completely unacceptable! I would not advise anyone to book a room in this hotel, as it did not only happen to us (there were others), and I'm sure it will keep happening...

The whole hotel smells of smoke, at least floor 9 and 11, even though these were non smoking floors

The staff were so kind and helpful! They have an aiport shuttle and the best pet friendly people ever. Perfect location for weary travellers needing to rest before taking a flight from JFK airport!
