Close to the airport
We had an air conditioning unit which made loud noises all night and this gave us a very poor night sleep. We did have to be up at 4.30am to catch a flight so was not in a fit state to report this to the hotel at the time. I have thou contacted the hotel directly too about our issue. Overall we did not get what we paid for and would like some type of compensation.

Inwas happy with the servicw and location. The airport shuttle driver was so polite and helpful. I will definetly stay at the hampton inn again.

Very close to JFK airport
It’s quite a distance from any bars or restaurants but fine for an overnight stay if you’re in transit.

Free Shuttle from Federal Circle to hotel on the AirTrain, and the Shuttle drops you off at your Terminal on the way out. Took all the panic out. Larger room.
Older Hotel. Construction happening at moment. But no work for my stay

Easy check in and check out
The text message I got stating I could message back with any of my needs and I did and never got a response. There was no lunch to eat just junk food. My toilet kept clogging and making an awful running noise. The staff was not friendly. There was no comfortable place to sit in the lobby or bar area without sitting on a stain or without resting on a sticky dirty table or bar top. The comforter had so much texture that it was scratchy to sleep on. The lobby was hot and muggy. The did not tell us the shuttle arrived. Stains o fabric chairs and carpet in the room and throughout the hotel.

the breakfast was ok
The parking was a complete disaster after a long drive to the hotel with small children. The hotel was running a separate parking business and and sold not only ever parking space but the entire drive way was filled with parked cars. The cars had to reverse out of the driveway and avoid cars that were parked haphazardly. I witnessed an accident while there.

It was a middle of the night check in and the bed was comfortable
Rather grumpy girl on check in who clearly didn't want to be there at 3 in the morning and what appeared to be a vagrant sleeping in reception
