Good location for the airport, very friendly staff.
Noisy room - strange hum kept going on and off all night so had to sleep with earplugs. Also the toilet flush kept jamming and flushing constantly.

The beds were comfortable and the noon checkout time was nice! Continental breakfast was ok.
We were only there one night and we ran out of toilet paper because there wasn't much left on the roll and there were no extra rolls anywhere. For $300 a night you would they could spare a roll!

The breakfast was simple but nice. The counter staff was friendly and helpful.
There was an airport shuttle to the hotel at the Federal Circle. The problem was that the sign on the shuttle was too small to read, so I missed several shuttles before I caught one at about 1 a.m.

My bathroom towel hook fell out of the wall when I hung a towel on it. My coffee maker was broken My bathtub had a bloodstain on it And the hotel phone system was down. Plus the cell phone number I was told to call if I needed something did NOT Work

Shuttle was at Federal Circle shortly after my arrival after midnight, possibly summoned by another passenger, but the return shuttle, booked earlier that I required, as that was the only slot available, left hotel before the scheduled time
The 40% discount offered to seniors by ad was declined by the uninterested clerk Female shuttle driver did not assist with loading suitcases, unlike her male countrpart
