It is now clean bath, the staff doesn?t looks clean. The bath in the lobby smells terrible.

Convenient location to JFK without hearing planes all night. Comfortable atmosphere. No locations within walking distance to eat but the hotel offers sandwiches and pizza (extra charge). Pizza was pretty good. Free airport shuttle. Free breakfast was ok.
The price was not great. Not too long ago I could book a hotel like this for around $--. I paid $---for one night.

The hotel is close to JFK airport which was the most important factor. Free breakfast and free shuttle were the other main factors. The bar was open and provided an easy meal after an 18 hour international flight. The return shuttle driver was great!
It is an older hotel but is still nicely maintained.

It was better than Holidays Inn Express hotel.
The entrance door to hotel is too heavy to open and move the luggage inside.It is old fashion heavy door.

I asked for a washcloth and towel. It took 1 hour and a half to get it. I needed to go out however I was extremely delayed

I enjoyed the free coffee bar when you walk in, chips and snacks available for purchase downstairs. They were very courteous, quick in the check in and check out process. The manager even gave us a cup of milk for our children because the store closd.

Very Good
The only negative thing I can say is that it took about 45 minutes for us to get our shuttle to the hotel, but everyone was friendly room was clean and otherwise it was a good experience.

Check in was easy. Even with our 10pm arrival time, the staff at the desk and bar were SO FRIENDLY. I couldnt believe how many smiles I saw from the employees in the short time we were there.

Hotel has a shuttle working 25 hours driving to/from JFK airport, which takes about 10-15 min drive time. Hotel has a bar and a vending machine.
Room temperature upon checking in was 65F. Setting thermostat to 72F did not make much difference. Room temperature went up to a max of 67F. It was very cold in the room.

Convenient, close to airport, Staff was very pleasant when I was asking about shuttle van. Room was clean, overnight Staff was polite and assist me to my room due to card not working. I felt safe and breakfast was hot with a variety of items to choose.
Everything went well for me. Thanks job well done.

Breakfast was amazing!
Couldnt figure out the tv. The shuttle driver at night was very nice, scared me with the driving. The other driver during the day was not so friendly. The bed itself was kind of hard.
