The experience was extremely disappointing. The behavior of the front desk staff who appeared to be the manager was shockingly bad and unprofessional, to a level that is hard to describe.
After that, I had to go to the airport and was forced to wait an entire hour for her to arrive just to get my deposit back. During this time, she was very cold, unhelpful, and showed no sense of responsibility or respect for my time. This delay caused me significant inconvenience and stress.
I am very upset about everything that happened and about the overall very poor experience I had at this hotel. This is absolutely not the level of service one would expect, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Staff was nice
Did not like the fact that I’m spending my money to be at the facility and I had to pay $45 dollars a night for parking , I never stayed at a hotel where I had to pay for parking this was ridiculous and I’m unhappy about this.

This appears to be a very ordinary airport hotel. But you rapidly start to notice subtle differences. Everything works! Everything is clean! Every interaction with a staff member will leave you with a smile! In short, the people who work here actually care. Their caring comes through in many ways and makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Clean, facilities appear to be updated and it’s a great value as well as being close to JFK airport. Very pleasant desk staff. I didn’t use the free breakfast option, but it looked very clean in there and there were a number of customers enjoying that free option.
The valet parking staff is, in a word, sullen. I encountered two, so can make that statement with confidence.

The staff was both friendly and professional. Upon arrival they gave me two complimentary water bottles and menus to a couple restaurants that deliver to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.

Modern decor, very welcoming lobby, staff went above and beyond to make stay very comfortable, close to restaurants for food delivery. Breakfast was yummy and consistently replenished so things were fresh and hot when necessary.
Local noise in wee hours of the morning. Hotel is near some industrial building businesses.. but that’s to be expected in a city.

The shower adjustment is somewhat complicated. Also, not enough heat in the room. I did not
bother because of a very short time stay.
The room was very clean. But other bathroom supplies were very minimal.
