Conveniently located near venue night of event.
Clerk at checkin unable to locate my husband's name on the reservation. Called booking.com advised to call property. Took my husband over 30 minutes to check in on the night of his 50th birthday celebration.

I like that it advertised it had a shuttle to the airport. However, the shuttle wasn’t running all day long and we had to take a taxi to get to the airport. This limited time was not advertised on the website.

Service at the frontdesk was good, friendly. Driver of the shuttle was very nice.
Lights in the room were going on/out like problem with electricity.

The Inn is very conveniently located near the airport and the airport shuttle is what we like. We asked for a quiet room and were very happy to get one. Breakfast is great, not too many varieties, but everything provided was in very good quality. Thank you. We will definitely get back again.
All good, except please let the driver of the shuttle bus announce the terminal along the way, so we won’t miss it.

We stayed here due to a long layover late at night and honestly i was very impressed. The rooms were great, very comfortable and i had a wonderful sleep after a 14 hour flight. The gentleman working night shift is incredibly helpful and extremely nice. He was such a pleasure to be around. I will for sure recommend this hotel. I manage a hotel in Georgia and can honestly say you have found a gem with your nightshift employee. People like that are very hard to find and even harder to keep around, he deserves nothing but the upmost recognition.

I liked the convenience to the airport, and the rooms and property were clean. The bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was timely and the drivers were pleasant. Additionally, I loved that they served oat milk at breakfast since I have a vegan diet.
I wish there were more vegan options on the breakfast menu.

The shower adjustment is somewhat complicated. Also, not enough heat in the room. I did not
bother because of a very short time stay.
The room was very clean. But other bathroom supplies were very minimal.

Great shuttle service from hotel to JFK and back. Very secure car parking if leaving vehicle for an extended time.
Only downside is no restaurants within walking distance to hotel but we were able to order good pizza and have it delivered.

The staff was both friendly and professional. Upon arrival they gave me two complimentary water bottles and menus to a couple restaurants that deliver to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and completely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend and stay at this location again.
