The area around them is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is not at all. It is nice.

It’s very close to the JFK so I didn’t have to wake up extremely earlier to get to my flight, that’s why I stayed there.
It’s just a hotel to sleep, no pool or jacuzzi, no breakfast exception for people that have early flight

Decent room, close to the airport and clean.
The shuttle service needs to be better. They say you need to tell them if you need a morning shuttle, however, they don't write it down or plan for the numbers. Not everyone who needed a shuttle could fit in the van on time (it only runs every hour).

I liked the shuttle and the proximity to the airport. The shuttle was easy to get and fast and friendly service. The room was big and clean, comfortable bed, good tv. I also used the fitness center which was very well equipped. I liked that complementary breakfast is included.
There was some noise from the street in the room. The breakfast was very basic and you served yourself in paper plates. Overall wasn't very impressed with the breakfast. But for New York I think this hotel is very good.

I like the rooms, reception and all. It is clean and fresh. The staff are so kind. It is also near eateries that open till late and a seven eleven within walking distance
