Great location with shuttle pickup from Airport rail link (Federal Circle stop), staff were very very good, friendly and helpful. The hotel is a little tired, but everything worked well.

No body lotion in room - asked for it and guy showed up after 12:90 pm with shampoo- I bought my own cream the next day. This is a small thing - but a big inconvenience.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff (we were allowed a late check out an hour after the usual one, and not charged), food options good for quick meals and breakfast. Free shuttle to JFK leaves every 30 minutes, day and night

Hotel amenities were as expected, good. However, we didn't get to enjoy them for the first night, only for the second night.
We arrived tired and jet lagged at around 1am only to find out that the hotel overbooked many rooms as we found several people waiting in the lobby facing a similar situation. The receptionist said they had a technical problem. Although we prepaid the room for 2 nights via booking and got our confirmation from booking, unfortunately we spent the 1st night in the lobby. We got our room at around 7.30 am (when other people checked out) for our second day stay. We were so tired we couldn't enjoy our day at NYC. My negative review is based on our first night at the lobby.

Proximity to airport and that is it.
When we came to check in we had to wait for the front desk agent to finish his cigarette outside. They gave away our double bed room we had paid for and rolled in the worst dirtiest rollaway bed with springs sticking up on the mattress.
