Staff was good. Everything was clean
Too far away from everything. There is a train E to go almost anywhere, but have to walk a ways. They also don't have a shuttle. That's bad

Spacious room and comfortable bed near to JFK airport and within 19 min walk to the subway station staffs are very friendly and accommodating
Breakfast could be better if they will add more selection.

Good location and value for the money. Free parking is a plus. Close to the airport and Jamaica station is 20 minutes walk.
One of the staff was very rude when I tried to look for a restroom at the breakfast area. It gets a little noisy because of the traffic. Lighting was poor.

The hotel was not as expected — the room was not very clean, had a noticeable odor, and the noise level made it hard to rest. I hope the management improves cleanliness and soundproofing for future guests

I asked hotel manager to provide room away from the highway to feel comfortable from noise, he replied that he will do the best per availability, but kept his promise. A room was provided for me is the best one, thanks for managing team.
Quality of the breakfast still same, no improvement. A microwave must placed in kitchen to worm up something like milk for serial, but the staff helps to warm up anyway, thanks.

Good value for the prices charged in the area.
A couple of guys hung around the entrance all the time making it uncomfortable to get in and out.

Check in and out were flawless and quick. All staff responsive and courteous. Room was suitable for a quick overnight stay. Bathroom and shower were well appointed with attention to detail both in construction and cleanliness. Breakfast was self serve items, but better than most comparable hotels with several hot items available (fresh bakery items were a plus).
Had to turn up the television overnight as the room was across from the ice machine and the 1 inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the room door let us hear every ice cube drop. Could stand to have a few more electrical outlets or a power strip to plug in electronics and chargers.
