The best part of my experience was your front staff (both Alfie and Dominic) . They are both huge assets to your hotel. They were always most willing to assist with any query I had. They were always most pleasant, most helpful and made my stay unforgettable.

I have already stayed in this hotel several times. Good location just few steps from two subway stations; quite a short journey to JFK and Manhattan. I am sure I will book the hotel again.

Great location, between two metro stations (line E and F) and close to JFK but next to main motorway which made the stay VERY noisy 24/7. I wish windows would be soundproof as the heavy traffic made it dufficult to sleep. Staff was very helpful and offered earplugs which help a little.

No fruits for breakfast, limited options - eggs, bacon/sausage, pastry, yougurt, porrige.

The staff were completely unhelpful. The beds were sinking in the middle. 3/4 of us woke up with back pains. There is mould in the bathroom on the ceiling. There was 1 functioning light in the room. Staff didn't answer the phone. Horrible stay!

Hotel honored my request for a mattress incasement. The room met all of my expectations and needs.
The hotel is near a highway and not soundproof. Also, other travelers slamming doors all the way until 3:00am. Not the hotels fault.
