Outdated …..carpets threadbare , tiles falling from wall ,room surfaces filthy …the fact I had to carry 4 x23 kg cases down from 14 floors and had to tip the bag dude for putting them in a room

the janitoring who tooke care of the room was very nice.
Room very basic, no fridge, to pay for WIFI.
I do not ask too much from an hotel staff at the entrance is to say hi when you enter at the door

Nice view from the room.
Terribly expensive and you don't even get free wifi. No fridge in hotel rooms (you'd have to pay extra for that). At this exorbitant price you'd think basic things would be included. You're kind of also forced to spend the $20 per day (out of $45 daily fee) credit at their restaurant and bar with very underwhelming and expensive food and drinks options.
Also the receptionists told us they charged all the room costs to one card as we requested, but in the end they didn't and one other card got charged incorrectly for part of the costs.

Bar and lobby area were pleasant. Bar staff very friendly.
Location not great, felt dodgy, reinforced by the extra security in lobby area. Reception staff were not very friendly, room was tired and not very clean .

Disappointing
Location , bellmen were very nice and professional.
Room that was offered was very outdated and worn exceptionally the bathroom, floor tiles were very old and stained , it was the second room offered since I refused the first room that had a AC system as a view .
