The close proximity to everything. The hotel itself was beautiful. The room was large enough for 3 adults and a teenager. Staff were friendly as well, security greeted every single guest that walked in the door.
Shower head was little wonky, water pressure could be better but it was fine and got the job done.

Location, Staff, Cleanliness and Room Space. Location was amazing everything was accessible from hotel. Subway, Bus Station, Time Square, Broadway, Madam Tussads almost everything.

The room was cozy and comfortable with a city view. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Everything about the room was clean and convenient.
We had no complaints, criticisms, or suggestions to offer. We were pleased with the room. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

It’s located in Times Square. Near Broadway.
The beds are full size. Not a Queen beds. The bathrooms needs care. The breakfast it’s too expensive for what it is.

Great staff in all areas of the hotel. Bar drinks prices not bad for location and 5 star hotel but food is pretty expensive in comparison. It looked lovely when other people ordered but I just thought it was a little toppy, even for a hotel.
AC in rooms could be quieter, not lots of places to hang used towels in the rooms when 3 or more staying.
