The Filipina staff member, Vanessa, was so courteous and friendly.
The Manager was condescending you can hear from his voice and didn't give me options. She always says Unfortunately, we can't offer you what you requested. Very disappointed.

Outdated …..carpets threadbare , tiles falling from wall ,room surfaces filthy …the fact I had to carry 4 x23 kg cases down from 14 floors and had to tip the bag dude for putting them in a room

Nice view from the room.
Terribly expensive and you don't even get free wifi. No fridge in hotel rooms (you'd have to pay extra for that). At this exorbitant price you'd think basic things would be included. You're kind of also forced to spend the $20 per day (out of $45 daily fee) credit at their restaurant and bar with very underwhelming and expensive food and drinks options. Also the receptionists told us they charged all the room costs to one card as we requested, but in the end they didn't and one other card got charged incorrectly for part of the costs.
