The location
It was dirty and I had to leave and didn’t stay. No refrigerator in the room and we went down to front desk after calling 3x for towels cleaning and refrigerator and asking to be moved. They said someone would come and after 2 hours waiting no one came . I had to leave and book at another hotel. Terrible customer service.

The staff and location
Restaurant Review We stayed at the Westin and absolutely loved the hotel and the staff—they were wonderful. Unfortunately, our experience at the onsite restaurant for breakfast was disappointing. Before heading home, three of us ate breakfast and had one bowl of oats,one bowl of cereal, and a small dumpling-style item. The total came to $124 before tip. There were no posted prices for the buffet, and very little food was available at the time we visited. We likely would have eaten more, but there simply wasn’t much out. For breakfast, the cost felt extremely high, especially given the limited selection. To put it in perspective, we later ate at Sarabeth’s and our bill was significantly less. While the hotel itself was excellent, the breakfast pricing and lack of transparency were surprising and did not match the overall quality of our stay.
