Plastic cups in the bathrooms. For quality of the hotel thought it cheapened the offer.

The Foundry restaurant inside the Westin - BELOW EXPECTATIONS I wish this place had more professional staff, but unfortunately Elez did not deliver the level of service we expected. A friend called us on FaceTime, and while we were talking, Elez claimed we were "too loud." Instead of approaching us privately and respectfully, he chose to address it publicly, which was unnecessary and unprofessional. It's Thanksgiving Day, and it certainly felt like Elez was unhappy to be working and took it out on us. Someone in a customer-facing role should know how to handle situations calmly and professionally. Based on this experience, we won't be returning. The behavior we encountered from Elez was unacceptable for any hospitality setting.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The shower was really nice with very good hot water.
Very few amenities- no fridge or microwave, breakfast had to be bought. The roll away bed we were given had seen better days.
