Location amazing.
Door staff went above and beyond arranging cars.
We had a one bedroom suite and the lighting was so poor. No ceiling lights only had bedside and floor lamp. No view only a brick wall which made it darker.
Also looked on from other side rooms.
The complimentary happy hour isn’t really complimentary as you pay $55 per person per night for breakfast and the facility on arrival. We did visit once but it was so busy with tables like a canteen all close together. When you’re in New York there are so many amazing places you can be so didn’t bother going back. There is no hotel bar but you can use the sister hotels bar next door.

Great location. Amazing Staff! From the Bell Man to the Front Desk were very kind and accommodating. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one.
Found the rooms be a little outdated and a small odour in the rooms. Bathrooms were tight, no fan in the washroom. Not enough lighting in the room. I don’t think the resort fee was worth the money.

Great place and location very close to attractions with NYC. I like running being close to Central Park was best for me.
They could do better with catering variety of breakfast.

Booking was accepted but when I showed up to check-in I was told they had overbooked. They made no effort to contact me ahead of check-in to make me aware. Conveniently, for them, they were able to offer me a stay at their sister hotel....

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.
It does not look like on the pictures. It is maximum 3 stars hotel with old small rooms. Breakfast is poor and the room for breakfast is too small. Also, after Booking deducted the payment the hotel requested $50 per day of "admin fee"! There was nothing on the website about this admin fee.

The staff were amazing from check-in, breakfast and evening munchies to checkout. The location of the hotel was perfect for walking and taking the subway. The room and bathroom was a little small but we managed. Water pressure of the shower was also good. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
The room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work.

U have access to everything, subway station in front of the Entrance.
Central Park and all other Hotspots are easy walkable.
