The staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were very accommodating and the bellman jumped to help us hail a cab.

Warmest and most welcoming staff! Exceptional comfort of bed and pillows! Freshness and cleanliness of room! Amazing fog-free mirrors in bathroom! Unbelievable and beautiful hospitality lounge with outdoor terrace on the 23rd floor!

Spacious room and very helpful, friendly staff. Loved sitting out on the 23rd floor drinks terrace. Complimentary meal and drinks provided between 5-8pm was great.

The hotel staff was excellent. Front Desk and Bellman as well as the service at the Buffet or Cocktail hour on floor 23. Housekeeping was excellent!!!
The towels and bathroom are very good but the beds could be replaced as well as the pillows though not bad. The halls and the rooms are a bit tired and could use a refresh.

They gave me a room with a broken a/c and all the staff that day and manager made it sound like we were just making it up

Walkability.
Rooms were very dated. Bathroom door wood peeling from the bottom of door. Ceiling leak in the bathroom.
