Very Poor
Location
The resort fee covered food and drink that were not five star. The elevator problems were epic and I was stuck on the 20th floor with a suitcase and no elevator service. The service elevator was the only option and gross. Do not recommmend.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs.
The corner room that we had was very warm. Even with the heat off and the fan in the room, we could not get comfortable when we slept.

we had 2 very small and dark rooms with almost no daylight and very noisy, cleanliness could have been better, definitely no 5 star hotel (room), rather 2 or 3, very expensive

Excellent hotel! Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, extremely friendly staff, perfect location. The hotel also has a surprising added value for guests by offering a free meal and drink every day as part of happy hour from 5 to 8 p.m.

The best part of this Hotel is its breakfast and complimentary dinner and drinks. It is really well done. The staff are great as well.
Unfortunately the hotel is very old and many things are broken and not repaired. I was shocked that the bathroom sink was cracked in half, tiles were missing, the door barely works, the dresser was broken, and 1 curtain is completely gone !? 2.5 stars.

Cost 90usd per night to park our truck which was a lot. The hotel its self is beautiful and close to everything. The complimentary breakfast and afternoon snacks and drinks is also great. A lot of hidden costs. The cost on booking.com shows taxes and fees underneath and isnt included in the price you see which makes it look more affordable.
