Like the location it was very convenient being so close to the places we wanted to visit. But the customer services was the best we ever encounter! My wife was feeling sick and the staff went beyond what was expected! They sent a care package to our room so she can recover quickly and enjoy her stay.
That hotel didn't have breakfast.

Fabulous location. I stayed here previously and was very impressed by the staff and the room.
I hated my room on this visit. I was right next to the elevator and asked to be moved, but the staff member I spoke to most suggested I "call in the morning" to see if anything else was available. I didn't bother. Overall the staff lacked the friendliness and didn't provide the level of service I experienced previously.

The location of the Hilton Club West 57 TH street is very good. First and foremost, in relation to the wonderful Central Park, but also in relation to e.g. subway, short distance to shopping on 5 TH Avenue, for example. The room (we had a "King Studio") on the 14th floor with a view of 57th street, was also very good. We were very happy with the room itself. Very good and comfortable beds including pillows and mattresses. Everything was clean and nice, as well as a great bathroom in addition. As I see it, the cleaning staff did the best job and gave the best impression. They were both good and nice, all credit to them.
Another advantage of this hotel was that there were never problems with crowded elevators, slow elevators and long waits for elevators, as you often find in more traditional hotels in NYC
What was most disappointing about the hotel was the general level of service and customer service from the reception staff. My assessment is that the level of this important element is that it was far below what I expect and what I am used to. I have stayed at other more traditional hotels nearby and further down towards Times Square, where the level of service was of a slightly different caliber. Not least, I have stayed at other Hilton hotels, especially on the west coast, where the customer service was at a significantly higher level.

Staff was beyond excellent - professional, helpful, and friendly. The front desk, doormen, and cleaning staff were all top notch! The room had a good view and were so quiet! The hotel was also in an optimal location for a lot of the typical NYC attractions - Central Park, 5th Ave, Times Square, etc. Elevators were fast with minimal waits.
The only flaw I could find was that there were a few signs of wear on some of the furniture, but absolutely nothing much.
