The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with any questions as a guest would from out of town would have regarding recommendations for dining and entertainment. It was truly amazing and we loved every minute of our trip!!!!

The location is excellent for visits to Central Park. There are several restaurants in the area as well as Duane Reade & convenient stores.

Excellent location, comfortable beds.
Staff unprofessional. Trying to book in and they were more busy finding a chair that was comfortable than attending their guests. No crockery for use, only foam cups for coffee. Not worth the massive price, even for New York. Shower door kept getting stuck.
