The staff were friendly and amazing! They made the stay very pleasant.

The staff were extremely friendly (at reception and at door) and the location is just excellent- near both Central park and 5th Avenue, reasonable close to many museums.
Bed was comfortable but a little high for my 13 year old to climb onto. I found it odd that there was a breakfast only for Hilton Honors members that I did not have access to pay for, but there were many great breakfast options nearby. I also struggled that the hotel did not have a freezer Because I needed to freeze an ice pack for my child's medication before an 11 hour plane trip. However, one of the staff members gave me the idea to ask Duane Reade for help and someone there did indeed help me.

Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful special thanks to Andrà and Sheril and all the door guys. Location is perfect to explore central park, times square, and the theater district. Rooms are soundproofed very well. Bodega across the street and a grocery store just a few doors to the west.
