An exceptional hotel with an excellent location; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and every request of ours was handled perfectly. Truly one of the best hotels we have ever visited—highly recommended.
At the front desk, we were assisted by a staff member named Mohendra, who provided excellent service; we asked to check into our room early due to our very early arrival and to check out late because of a night flight, and every request was met perfectly and with a smile.
The only criticism regarding the hotel concerned the elevators; there is a long wait for an elevator to arrive, as the hotel has many floors.

the customer service was terrible. First, when I called to make a reservation the price they mentioned was much higher than the website and when I asked them to price match they literally hung up the phone on me so I decided to book via booking.com to avoid their customer service. When I got to the room, the room I received had a completely different configuration that matched a cheaper room than the one I ordered- the pictures do not reflect the upgraded room chosen, when I called the staff to ask about it they were being super rude and hung up the phone again after I waited for almost 10 minutes via the phone in the room to the reception extension, I also heard them talking between them "what the hell does she want"- not even muting me! And to top it all off when we checked out I asked to extend the stay for 30 minutes which they allowed us and was nice, but the cleaning lady walked in without knocking while my husband was getting dressed! No coordination between reception and cleaners, and when I told the front desk about it all I got were excuses that she called the room, which she clearly did not (the room was not that big to miss the call), all I asked for was an apology for the behavior and our privacy, not for a refund or anything like that! And then she even said we did not ask to extend the stay and she doesn't have that on file (total lie, if they record their calls they can pull up their approval for that) Also, the room smelled very bad like sweat and mold. For the price point we paid it was very disappointing. We will not return and not recommend.
