I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with two bathrooms and had a really great experience overall. The room was spacious, modern, and super comfortable. Even though I was on a lower floor, the view was still really nice. Every evening, the staff came by for turndown service — they’d close the shades, leave some chocolate and a bottle of water by the bed, and even fill the ice bucket. Little touches like that made the stay feel extra special. The staff were friendly and consistent, and the location couldn’t be better for exploring the city.

'The only thing that wasn’t great was breakfast — the scrambled eggs were overcooked, and the coffee wasn’t very hot or tasty. Other than that, everything else was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again

The staff was helpful and responsive.
It’s a little dated. The update feels very surface.
The hvac was loud, there was a GIANT cockroach in my room. The lighting and charging are a little sub par - outlets and plug in access and control are awkward.
Room service was slow.
I wanted to love it. But in my view - it’s not five star.
The service is giving five star effort. The facility is sort of 3.5 stars.
I stayed at three hotels this week.
The sunset tower in la. What they lack in modern facility they make up for with vibes and chic service, crowd and excellent food - destination. My friend are happy to meet me there.
I stayed at the wythe in Brooklyn. Aged building but cool, chic functional. Very clear on who they are…
I wanted to believe the Dominick was GREAT. But I think the soho grand is probably better at being who they are then the Dominick.

The bathroom did not have a door! I’ve never stayed in a hotel room with no bathroom door. Made it hard to shower, etc without waking each other.

Horrible ELEVATORS!! Too slow, insufficient, causing rush hour queues and waiting times of over 6min to go up or down! Totally unacceptable for a 5 star hotel! Will never stay there again!
Breakfast service and menu only 'ok'. Fqr from what you would expect for a 5 star hotel.

Great location. While the staff was responsive in upgrading us to a room with a better view after we voiced our concerns, many other issues persisted throughout our stay
Elevator wait times were often 10+ minutes, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and we received no follow-up despite reporting it. Housekeeping knocked daily at 8:30 a.m., which felt too early for a vacation. We were also missing a personal item that was never recovered. The service didn’t match the standard or price advertised.

I had a beautiful SoHo view. Very nice hotel, only issue was the hot water went out for about 8 hours. Don't know if that's standard or not but with the price of the rooms, hot water should be anytime I want it
